Welcome to this great villa with private pool, for 4 people on the outskirts of Campanet
The exterior area of this villa is surrounded by pure nature, becoming the perfect place dor dome relaxing days. It includes a fantastic private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.7 to 2.1 metres. You will find 4 sunloungers around to bask in the sun. Some steps down you find a great porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also have a tennis table to spend an entertained evening. The property is fenced and you will have total privacy.

The two storey house welcomes you in a beautiful living room which is equipped with a TV-sat and a CD player and it's open to the dining kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the gas cooktop and then organise a good banquet. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this main floor. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a bath and the three bedrooms, the three of them with a fan and closet. One features a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one presents a single bed. A baby cot and a high-chair also are available.

This villa is located only 2.2 km away from Campanet, a beautiful toen at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The village centre offers all you need for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, grocery shop and more. In addition, this is a good starting point for excursions or to go to the beach. The nearest one is the one Puerto de Alcudia, about 22 km away.

Lovely peaceful holiday rental. Beautiful pool and the outside areas are extremely pretty and well cared for. Table tennis is a bonus and was good fun. Local village has a couple of great restaurants and location is perfect for exploring if you have a car. We would definitely stay again and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Great house but needs more disclosures

I want to start off with saying that the house was really nice itself, however, it fell short on the experience of staying there. To start, it listed nowhere that there is a dirt road with many potholes to get to the actual property. We rented a car that was on pretty low but had we known we'd have a dirt road to go through we would of gotten something higher up.Then when we arrive there was only 1 set of towels for four adults. When I messaged them about it they said they could not provide more towels so we had to make due with 1x bath towel, 1x pool towel and 1x hand towel.Amenities wise there are none not even dish soap so make sure to stop by and get some if you are staying here. I would not recommend staying here if you are on a short vacation. This might be suited for a longer stay.

Wonderful house in the countryside

The house itself was great, everything was clean and the furniture choice with countryside character. Some furniture were quite old and maybe the energy saving lightbulbs are not that cozy but all in all you can say these were just minor things. The house was very clean and had everything you need, also the pool was nice. Communication with the English speaking agency was very quick via mail and they tried to take care of every need. The windows had mosquito nets, that was very great (and necessary)! What could have been noted before was the country road from the main road to the house - it’s about 600m where you have to drive in walking speed and really have to watch out not to drive in big holes.. small rental cars might be struggling with that.

Country living

Very well maintained property but narrow, very bumpy 800+metres lane access - need small car ! Pool was a pleasure, even when sharing it with wasps diving in for a drink ! Two local(across the fence) cockerels would have a 4am competition but we could ignore them, eventually 😴 Stock up on washing products - dishwasher, washer and dishes, unless you dine out every day - the lane may restrict your trips. Alcudia , Pollensa and Palma are easy trips out. As you have to dispose of the rubbish, recycling at the end of the lane but opening times vary. We enjoyed picking fresh oranges and lemons for the Sangria -Enjoy 😎🍹

Super extérieur

La maison est simple en intérieur, 1 salle de bain intérieur 1 salle de bain fermée mais sur la partie extérieur de la maison Piscine parfaite, très bonne, salon de jardin couvert du soleil avec barbecue et table de Ping Pong couverte. Bien placé à 30 min maximum des choses intéressantes à faire. Seul bémol : jour du départ nous n’avons pas eu grandes informations. Nous avions prévu de partir à 10h45. Du monde est arrivée à 10h30 en nous hurlant dessus de partir, c’était effrayant sur le moment. On leur a expliqué qu’on avait plus que 10 min de rangement pour partir et se sont calmés au bout de 10 min…. Pas très sympa, nous restons leurs clients…! Sur le reste je recommande.

Die Finca liegt wunderschön und komplett abgelegen von jeglichem Tourismus und Häusern. Der Pool ist riesig und die generelle Außenanlage unglaublich schön! Die Küche ist ebenso mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Es war auch sehr sauber. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaftOb wir nochmal kommen würden ist allerdings abhängig davon, ob (wie in Bewertungen vorher erwähnt) die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden. Keiner von uns konnte auch nur eine Nacht einigermaßen schlafen. Zudem ist der Geräuschpegel durch die Hähne, direkt am Garten die ab 3Uhr ohne Unterbrechung krähen, sowie die Hunde die am Grundstück nebenan angebunden sind und ebenso die ganze Nacht bellen wirklich enorm.Die Zufahrt zum Haus sollte ebenso unbedingt aufgeschüttet werden und ist auch nur mit kleineren Autos möglich.

Fantastic Villa

Die Finca liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Das komplette Anwesen entspricht den Beschreibungen und Bildern und der Pool und die Aussicht übertreffen die Erwartungen. Die Zufahrt ist maximal mit einem Mittelklassewagen möglich, da sehr eng. Leider fehlt die Grundausstattung an Verbrauchsmaterial wie Schwämme, Spülmittel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Die Außenküche mit dem Grill sind super. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und kann den Urlaub sehr genießen.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, guter Ausgangspunkt für Bike und Hike. Die Nachbarschaftlichen Hühner waren zu hören und bei der Ankunft haben Spülmittel etc. gefehlt, aber nicht so schlimm. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft, gerne wieder.

Die Finca ist sehr schön

Die Finca liegt in einer Gegend, wo es nicht so viele Touristen gibt, sehr angenehm ;) 5 Sterne für den Gastgeber (homerti), 4 Sterne für die Unterkunft. Homerti hat den gesamten Ablauf professionell begleitet, stets schnell und freundlich. Die Finca ist sehr schön, war sehr sauber und bietet fast alles, was man braucht. Den 5. Stern hätte ich auch gerne vergeben. Dazu hätte allerdings eine gute Matratze im Bett liegen müssen ;) Weiterhin wäre ein Mosikoschutz an den Fenstern sehr sinnvoll (muss auch nicht an allen Fenstern sein). Das Highlight ist der Wunderschöne Pool, der auch für kleinere Kinder (die schon ein wenig schwimmen können) sehr gut ist. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Schönes Haus - mit einigen Einschränkungen

CAN TUT ist eine im Grunde schöne Finca mit einem ebenso schönen Pool. Aber, wie so oft, mussten wir bei unserem Aufenthalt einige Einschränkungen in Kauf nehmen. Enttäuscht waren wir von der Ausstattung. In der Küche gab es praktisch keine Vorräte. Wir mussten alles neu kaufen (Olivenöl, Gewürze, Küchenrolle, Servietten, Putzlappen, Spülbürste, Spülmittel, Putzmittel usw.) In jeder Toilette gab es nur eine Papierrolle. Also Großeinkauf bei Lidl und 80% davon sind zurück geblieben. Ein echtes Manko war aber die Ausstattung mit Bettzeug. Es war nur ein recht schmales Doppelbett bezogen (obwohl wir bewusst ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern mit z.T. getrennten Betten gemietet hatten). Die Matratze dieses schmalen Doppelbettes war total verschlissen und jede Übernachtung war mit Schmerzen verbunden und die reinste Qual. Die Zudecke bestand nur aus einem durchgehenden Laken mit Decke, also kein getrenntes Bettzeug. Dazu kam, dass der Hahn des Nachbarn mitten in der Nacht anfing zu krähen. Das ging dann so in 3 bis 5 Sekunden Abständen bis zum Morgen oder bis Mittag. Von den weiter entfernten Nachbarn gab es dann immer Antwort. Das reinste Spektakel. In der Beschreibung des Hauses hätte man darauf hinweisen sollen. Wir waren wirklich froh, wieder im heimischen Bett mit vernünftiger Matratze schlafen zu können. Ein weiteres Manko war, dass es pro Person nur 2 Handtücher gab - und das bei einem Haus mit Pool! Der Sonnenschirm am Pool war defekt. Wurde vom Vermieter am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht. Alles in allem waren wir - angesichts des Übernachtungspreises - von der Ausstattung des Hauses sehr enttäuscht. Hier war Sparsamkeit am falschen Platz. Dabei ließe sich mit relativ wenig Aufwand vieles besser machen.

As indicated already by some others, the „road“ to access is very bumpy, however not causing any problems when driving slow. Can Tut was super clean and some fresh fruit was welcoming us. We had a great week and will come back!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Da wir ein Unwetter hatten war dieser stark verschmutzt, auf Anfrage wurde der am selben Tag gereinigt. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas eng und holperig. Einmal beim Haus, kann mit dem Entspannen und runterfahren gleich begonnen werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg.

Tolles Haus entsprechend dem Angebot und den Bildern - Zufahrt 600m nur im Standgas möglich, Einfahrt nur mit Mittelklassefahrzeug möglich - Ausstattung oK - vermisst haben wir Informationen im Haus für die techn. Geräte, z.B. Fernseher, Geschirrspüler, auch Abfall war nicht klar - mussten wir selbst herausfinden. Vorhandene Kaffeemaschine war zu klein und funktionierte nicht richtig! - keine Informationen für die Umgebung - touristisch - Restaurant etc. . Eine entsprechene Info-Mappe wäre durchaus angebracht.
