Villa Stozak is located in Naklice village, close to the small town OMIS (7km) which offers beautiful beaches and many activities. Famous town Split (18km), the historical old part and other attractive things for each taste.
Spoil yourself during this well-deserved holiday and spend the most wonderful days of the year in the luxuriously furnished villa Stožak that can accommodate 10 people. There is an opportunity to order a traditional dinner in the local restaurant Konoba Palacio only 500 m away and the fantastic young chef will surprise you with the most tasteful dishes he makes.

Villa Stozak is fully equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable holiday including towels and linen for 10 persons (in bed).

*The outdoor offers: A private heated pool 8m x 4m, 8 deck chairs, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a TV, WiFi, a Barbecue, a dining area for 10 people, and a separate toilet. There is also a grass plot with a badminton set, swings for your youngest, and some toys. The pool area offers absolute privacy surrounded by green fences.

* On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room with a fireplace (all with direct exit to the pool area), flat-screen TV with Chromecast, A/C, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances for your cooking skills. There is a spacious Finnish sauna place with a freestanding tub, a shower and A/C, A separate toilet. A few steps lower there is an amazing Cinema room with a projector, Play Station 4 with some popular games, and A/C.

*On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bigger rooms have their own bathroom). A bedroom No1 with king king-size bed 180x200cm, a sofa bed, A/C, a terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180x200cm, a single bed 90x200cm, A/C, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No 3 with king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C. Bedroom No. 4 with two single beds 90 x 200cm plus a sofa bed 90x200, A/C. There is a Family bathroom for bedrooms No. 3 and No. 4, with two sinks, a toilet, a bidet, and a shower.
Each room in the house is air-conditioned and has free wifi. There is a secured and free parking lot for 4 cars on the private property.

The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling, and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house.

Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, the best beaches with very clear see and all just 10 min drive.

Town Split is 18 km or less than 30 min driving and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, and interesting places to visit and is very alive during the day and also evening, so this is a must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important information, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to the island Brac with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities.
