Idéalement situé dans la meilleure partie de la vieille ville, il n'y a pas besoin d'une voiture. Beach Condo in Zona Romantica

Excellent location, clean and very functional. Great maid service (Audely), front desk manager (Lupita) and maintenance guys (Diego/Angel). Restaurants everywhere. Night life. Great pool and ocean access.

Excellent July 4 Get-a-way

David’s condo was amazing with warm authentic Mexican decor and stunning sunset views. You couldn’t ask for a better location in the Romantico Zone and we were never more than a 15 min walk to wherever we needed to be. David was very prompt in his communication before our arrival and sent an extensive list of recommendations. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Wow! Gorgeous condo with spectacular view right in the best part of Zona Romantica

Wow what a stay! We wish we didn't ever have to leave. The condo is absolutely stunning inside. The decor, the color scheme, the bed, the bathroom (with a window to see the ocean!), the full kitchen, and the VIEW! Heck, even the lighting and fixtures made it so elegant feeling and sets the right mood with dimming warm lights. David the owner is excellent. Immediate communication, shared extensive information about everything you could ever need to know including where to eat. Location is the best you can get for Zona Romantica, just south of the pier, you are steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, and everything else you could imagine. What was really nice is being on the 4th floor, it was still nice and quiet at all hours. We will absolutely be coming back here, I think of everywhere we have stayed all around ZR, this was our favorite!

Best view in Puerto Vallarta

My husband and I stayed for four nights at this lovely condo. The view is the most memorable part of our stay. It had the best view of any of the other four condos we have stayed at in the Zona Romantica. While on the smaller side, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. David sends several emails before your stay with all the information you need including check in/out instructions, how to get from the airport and restaurant recommendations. The air conditioning in the bedroom led to a pleasant night sleep (be sure to close the bedroom doors for it to work properly) and it masks the street noise. The bed was very comfortable. The rest of the condo did not need air conditioning due to the constant, cooling breeze from the ocean. The bathroom is gorgeous and I enjoyed being able to see the ocean while showering. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation is within walking distance and if you need a cab they are easy to find. The building is secure and the staff are all friendly and helpful. There is a jug of water outside the door provided by the building management. The elevator is right outside the door too! The pool was warm and had a nice view of the ocean from the deck. I would stay here again.

Eldorado Condo

Loved our ten day stay here. The description and pictures were accurate, excellent location, fabulous view of the ocean, the king size bed was very comfortable, the check-in process was the easiest I've experienced, and the owner was responsive and extremely helpful with recommendations on restaurants and services in the area. I highly recommend this rental.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay In PVR Zona Romantica

Without a doubt, the El Dorado is THE perfect location when staying in Zona Romantica - close to the beach, the best restaurants, and nightlife. This is an amazing condo with $1B views of the beach and Banderas Bay. The accommodations are so comfortable, and the staff is amazing and eager to help with anything you may need. Booking the unit with David was so easy, and communications were seamless. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in the best part of town.

Everything was great at this unit. Pictures are accurate but don’t do justice to the view and the brightness of the living area. The bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect. No complaints whatsoever!

Fantastico!!

The place was just as advertised. The location (Romantic Zone) was perfect for us with beach, shops, and restaurants very close and walkable. The unit is a perfect size for a couple. The bathroom set up is especially cool, as you can take a shower (or bath) and look out to the bay. The pool was in the process of being remodeled but that didn't matter to us, as if we wanted to lounge by a pool, we would have stayed home. We can't wait to go back and stay here.

Great Location & Outlook

The property was as advertised and represented good value for money considering the cost of comparable apartments in the area. Whilst the Apartment Complex is a little dated, David’s condo was in excellent condition and had a great outlook out into the bay. Communication with David was great and he left us with some fantastic recommendations. The security in the building was excellent and we enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood. We recommend this condo to anyone wanting a reasonably priced condo with views across the bay and close to all bars, shops and restaurants

I’ve stayed here many times and always look forward to returning every year. Walking down to the beach is easy, with railing aside the steps. Breakfast at cocos kitchen is just up the street on Púlpito. Plenty of other great restaurants nearby. And the staff at Eldorado is very kind and helpful.

We just left and pouted the entire ride to the airport. PV is my happy place.

Having been to PV several times I can attest this condo is perfectly located for beach, restaurants, shopping, and excursions. The staff was very friendly and the maid came daily. The condo was clean, airy and well appointed. My only complaint would be the lack of a blanket. I like a cold bedroom with a blanket and the bed basically had 2 sheets for the top layer. But we improvised and I doubled the coverlet to make a blanket. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing View

My third time to stay here. I discovered David's place and I always check first to see if its available before booking a trip to Vallarta. It has everything I look for in a place to stay (amazing view, great location, restaurants everywhere, shopping and you can walk right out to the beach). Also special thanks to David, incredibly helpful working with me after I had to move my vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay!

Our first impression when walking into the condo was absolute awe of the colorful décor and that outstanding view of the ocean. The window from the soaking tub out onto the balcony view was also a huge plus for us. We felt very comfortable with fresh towels provided everyday and a huge king-sized bed with the much-needed bedroom air conditioner. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends. David was such a great host!

I love staying at the El Dorado it’s just steps to the beach. The condo was clean and well appointed. I stayed by myself (just needed to get away) but would be great for 2-3 people. Couch is very comfortable. The view from the balcony can’t be beat!

Amazing View!

My wife and I stayed at David's condo for our 25th anniversary. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we couldn't have picked a better place. As soon as we walked in we were so happy with our choice. There is a small balcony overlooking the beach with many activities below. The condo is not a resort style room, but is beautifully decorated and has everything you need (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker). The management and housekeeping at El Dorado are very welcoming and answered all our questions. You cannot beat the location and view! You can access the street by exiting the front secured gate or there is direct secured beach access at the rear of the building. We spent time at the pool one day and spoke to a gentlemen who told us he's been coming to Puerto Vallarta the last 30 years and has stayed at many different locations, but El Dorado is by far his favorite place. We ate at El Dorado restaurant for our 25th anniversary and it was very good with live music. The only thing I would change is adding a TV in the living room to relax at the end of the day and watch a movie before going to bed. There is one TV in the bedroom but it's just my preference to watch TV in the living room. The VRBO owner David was very responsive and answered all our questions. We can't wait to go back and look forward to renting David's El Dorado condo for our next stay.

on vacation in PV in 1999, I decided to look at real estate on the last day of my visit. When the agent showed me this unit I couldn't believe the location and spectacular view in the historic Condominios El Dorado could be mine. I took out an equity line on my house in San Francisco a few weeks later after viewing every other property for sale in the Romantic Zone. I gutted the interior and created a contemporary and eclectic vision; a playful blend of my favorite images using local materials and furnishings. As an interior designer this is my Vallarta vanity project and a very personal intimate statement. I usually visit 3 or 4 times a year, and enjoy my home on the most beautiful beach in Puerto Vallarta. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a great location right above Los Muertos Beach, centrally located to the nightlife, restaurants, and beach life that most people associate with Puerto Vallarta. Also, it is a sentimental favorite, because I used to hang out at the old El Dorado Restaurant when I first started visited Vallarta 1976. The town has changed a lot in the 35 years since my first visit, but I never get tired of the beaches, the sunsets, the people, and the wonderful climate. Welcome to my home in paradise.
