Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta

As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

PIER 710 is a beautifully designed apartment that harmoniously blends modern luxury with natural beauty. As you enter, you are welcomed into a spacious living area, bathed in natural light and elegantly furnished, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort and style.



The master bedroom, with its plush king-size bed and soothing decor, provides a luxurious space for relaxation. Large windows frame the stunning mountain views, allowing you to wake up to the breathtaking scenery each morning. The second bedroom, equipped with two twin beds, is perfect for family members or friends, offering the same level of comfort and elegance.



Each bedroom boasts its private bathroom, complete with high-quality fixtures and luxurious L'Occitane cosmetics, ensuring a spa-like experience for all guests. The attention to detail in these spaces creates a serene environment where you can unwind and rejuvenate.



The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen, a dream for any culinary enthusiast. Here, modern appliances and sleek design come together, providing everything you need to create delicious meals. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a lavish dinner, the kitchen is designed for both functionality and enjoyment. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher... Utensils, dishes and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!

We also provide: coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.



Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi’s, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym as well.

The building has 24-hour security staff.



Guest Access:

Located on the 7th floor, the apartment offers not just privacy but also easy access via the main lobby. The highlight of PIER 710 is its terrace, where you can step out to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the picturesque views. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, immersing yourself in the tranquil beauty of the mountains.



Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.



The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.



For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!



The Neighborhood:

This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone, just 1 block away from Beach Los Muertos Pier, and surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, Coco's Kitchen, The Pancake House, great bars and night clubs.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

The rooftop pool and bar are phenomenal. The 2 bedroom unit we had was well equipped for making daily meals. The in suite laundry was very helpful in our 8 day stay. 2 blocks from the pier made the location perfect for everything we needed.

AMAZING WEEK

The condo was impeccably nice and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice! Nice balcony to enjoy in the morning. The roof was top notch. The pool was incredible and drinks around the pool and staff were incredible as well! The views and sunsets were all to die for! Will definitely be back!

Penthouse 710

Everything was great and property was beautiful. The bar staff was amazing Manny and Rosario met our every need and more. Gave us great safe recommendations of places to visit in Vallarta. The only thing that was disappointing is that thier was no view from this unit. Our large sliders faced the hallway and elevator (those pics should have been included) . Units ending in 07, 06,05 face the ocean and have a balcony. The rooftop has infinity pool with spectacular view so we still enjoyed that.

over priced codo unit

lobby entrance and staff were wonderful. Roof top pool beautiful with great view. Condo unit had almost no view of outside tiny balcony cleaning gals showed up maybe 5 times when they were to be there everyday, guest bedroom had no closet, safe did not work, dropped key on the floor by the bed it was filthy underneath the bed, toilet got plugged took three days to fix, stove top didn't work properly. when we arrived we got in late because of flight changing we noticed damage already to the condo nothing to major but still visible my husband met with the condo manager pointed out the damage and she told him its not here department husband paid here the rest of the condo fee and stormed off. This is the first time a gave a poor review we did see other units in Pier 57 they were beautiful and had a view. Overall for the price this unit is not worth the money. And she wanted me to pay for damages that were all ready there. again overall unit not worth the price over paid oh well.

Hello Karen, by reading a comment like yours, we understand a person who is naturally stressed. Our apartments are the most luxurious of Pier 57 for the simple reason of the quality of its furniture, its management, its complete cleaning and maintenance team. I can't let you say that the apartment is dirty if the cleaning team comes in every day (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean according to a very rigorous protocol. As for the toilets that clog, this can happen because this building is in the old town and the pipes are smaller than normal, but we always intervene in less than 30 minutes (because we always have our handyman on site). ). And as far as damages are concerned, never, ever have we accused our guests of damages that are not really visible, if these damages have been noted because they must have been important and not visible before you, we are very correct to this subject. And it is important for us and our future guests to offer the best service and an apartment as you found it. We wish you an excellent continuation. Best regards

Great location and wonderful pool, a few easy things could make it great.

The pool was absolutely fantastic. Room was clean and exactly as advertised. We felt safe, welcome and loved it! A few very simple things could have made it better. First, beach towels. We had to buy them and leave them when we returned home. Just add a set of beach towels to each room! Done! Second, there wasn’t a paper towel nor napkin in the entire place. A roll of paper towels in each unit would be helpful. Third, there was one small garbage can under the kitchen sink. No h garbage cans in the bedrooms or bathrooms. No garbage in the bathrooms?? Strange. Lastly, we were asked to schedule our cleaning times anytime between 9-1. On our second day we reached out to schedule a 9 or 10 cleaning every day. The next day they came between 4 and 5, the following at 2pm and the last day they arrived around 3pm and dropped towels only because my teenage daughter answered the door. Why ask us to schedule at all given they don’t stick to it? Also, I did reach out and ask for more shampoo and conditioner because when we arrived both conditioner bottles were nearly empty. They dropped off 2 shower gels instead. Like I said, it was lovely. It just felt like a few small things could have made it more convenient.
