Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer a été entièrement rénové pour la saison 2018! Il est situé dans des copropriétés de La Palapa sur la plage dans l'un des bâtiments les plus emblématiques de la Zona Romantica. Il a garanti une vue imprenable plein sud sur la baie de Banderas!

Toutes les nouvelles commodités, y compris la climatisation et les ventilateurs de plafond dans la zone de couchage et la pièce principale pour garantir votre confort. Vous pouvez regarder les couchers de soleil et les baleines (en saison) depuis votre sixième étage, grand balcon en bord de mer pouvant accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Le panorama sur la plage, l'océan et les montagnes est à votre vue avec beaucoup de brises tropicales. Il a absolument l'une des meilleures vues sur l'océan de la ville.

Le bâtiment dispose d'une belle piscine sur le toit et d'un belvédère au 8ème étage et de l'emblématique restaurant La Palapa au niveau de la plage. À deux pâtés de maisons de cet emplacement idéal, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances: restaurants, bars, distributeurs automatiques de billets, bureau de change, voitures de location, stations de taxi, spas, magasins, cafés, farmacias, Internet, bars à jus, épiceries, etc. Aucune voiture n'est nécessaire car vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à pratiquement tout et la station de taxi est à environ 50 pieds de la porte. Il y a un service de ménage six jours par semaine (sauf le dimanche et les jours fériés mexicains) et la réception est ouverte 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 pour votre sécurité et votre confort.

Le condo a tous les extras et a été entièrement rénové, avec un souci du détail, y compris des tissus locaux, de nouveaux tapis, des œuvres d'art originales, le système audio Bluetooth SoundLink de Bose, des serviettes de plage à votre usage, du savon, un sèche-cheveux, un câble écran plat Smart TV avec Stations Netflix et en anglais et connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite. Tout est neuf: draps, serviettes, meubles de salon et de chambre.

Il y a un grand salon spacieux avec un bar à manger, un coin salon avec canapé et chaise, et une commode pour votre commodité, et un mur de fenêtres du sol au plafond avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et la baie de Banderas. Le balcon a une table pouvant accueillir quatre personnes - l'endroit idéal pour profiter du coucher de soleil PVR. La zone de couchage adjacente au salon dispose d'un tout nouveau lit king-size avec un rideau du sol au plafond pour assurer votre intimité. Mais s'il vous plaît noter - ceci est un condo studio, la zone de couchage est adjacente mais n'est pas une pièce séparée du salon. Mais - nous avons pris grand soin de le rendre aussi confortable que possible pour des vacances romantiques!

La salle de bain a été vidé et entièrement rénovée avec des finitions en marbre et travertin. Il y a un système d'eau purifiée pour l'eau potable dans la cuisine, il n'y a donc pas besoin d'eau en bouteille. La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils, mais nous avons pris soin de laisser suffisamment de touches locales pour que vous connaissiez vos vacances mexicaines. Nous avons également un cahier à laisser avec vos propres recommandations pour l'avenir. Pour maintenir cette qualité, les animaux domestiques et les enfants de moins de 15 ans ne sont pas autorisés, et il est uniquement permis de fumer sur le balcon. Un maximum de deux personnes peuvent louer l'unité - sans exception.

Nous possédons également l'unité de deux chambres dans le couloir au 602 - VRBO listing 997616. Vous pouvez voir que nous avons utilisé le même soin pour rénover le 605 et nous pouvons regrouper les deux propriétés (selon la disponibilité) si vous avez besoin de logements plus grands.

This was a fantastic experience! Adorable condo with every amenity you could ever need! I couldn’t ask for a better location with the easiest access. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were the best I’ve had in PV! Can’t say enough about our host Jeff. Kind and accommodating is an understatement! Jeff went above and beyond to help us with our stay, even when we had delays and issues with our arrival! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else!

I was hesitant to write this review because I understand how important reviews are to a property’s reputation. We had a wonderful overall trip to Puerto Vallarta, and there were several things about this unit that we really appreciated.The condo itself is beautiful. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was also responsive and initially very welcoming, even calling to check in when we arrived, which I appreciated. We had a few minor issues come up, which he addressed them quickly.That said, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that impacted our experience.The biggest issue was ongoing construction directly across the street, which was not disclosed in the listing. The noise runs from approximately 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, and is quite loud. One of the main reasons we enjoy staying in Puerto Vallarta is being able to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze, but the construction noise made that difficult throughout the day. Had we known about this in advance, we likely would have chosen a different property.Additionally, after mentioning the construction concern upon arrival, the issue was dismissed by the owner. Later, I received a demeaning message from the owner regarding my child jumping into the pool, which felt unexpectedly unfriendly and down right disrespectful. While we were there, we followed all the facility rules, and there are no rules outlined at t

Hola Courtney – Thank you for the positive comments about our condo. I worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation for 20 years on property and at the corporate level. We do our best to anticipate our guest needs to ensure they have a great stay. I do disagree that I “dismissed” your concerns regarding the construction across the street from Lapalapa. I had been on property and stayed in our condo all of December through mid-January. I was also there in March through the 18th. I explained that demolition of the old building and restaurants at the site was complete in mid-December. Tryst Hotel, the owner of the block, was building a two-story fitness center and a market on the site. All the major jackhammering and deconstruction was over but there would be intermittent noise during the rebuild and they quit work most days at 5PM. I have return guests each year that stay in January and February and I also stayed in 605. Yes, there was noise during the day but no one felt it made their stay less enjoyable. I did not post anything on the site because there were long periods that nothing was going on with this project. That said, I am a responsible owner and have posted projects that are taking place in our building that we have control of. I would have been happy to help you find other accommodations during your stay if you had requested that. Also, I do not think my message regarding your child’s supervision at the pool was “demeaning or disrespectful.” I received an email on Friday, April 10th from our administrator that there were children jumping and doing cannon balls off the raised platform at the pool. He told me a member of our staff had talked to you and I thought the issue was over. I received another email on Mon, April 13th that your child was jumping off the platform again. One of our owners was present and claims she politely asked your daughter to not to jump off the platform into the pool. The pool is only 15’ by 30’ and just 4 feet deep. It really is not safe to jump into the pool from the platform and I'm sure you must understand this would be disruptive to other guests trying to use the pool. Evidently, she then jumped off the platform again and a different owner asked you “please do not let her jump off the platform.” He tells me you replied “It’s not written on the sign with the list of pool rules that there is no jumping.” I feel this was disrespectful to the other guests at the pool. We have children stay at Lapalapa all the time and honestly, this is the first time we have ever had this problem in my ten plus years here. That said I would like to see if we can provide you with an enjoyable stay. You may have one complimentary night applied to a future stay with us. Please contact me via the VRBO site with your preferred dates and this is redeemable until 1 May 2027. Gracias, Eric Newcomb

I have been to Puerta Vallarta numerous times. If you want a great location, beautiful accommodations and beautiful sunsets this is the place. Close to everything with a great beach right below. The condo was veryclean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could need! Eric the owner was quick to respond and has available all the instructions, information and recommendations. This place is not one you want to pass on. It’s our favorite part of PV if you’re a first time visitor. We would highly recommend this condo at La Palapa!

Everything is exactly as advertised. This is the 2nd time we've stay in these condos and it is perfectly located (beach, restaurants, shops, bars, etc.). If your looking to be in the center of it all, don't hesitate to book.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I was amazed how close to the beach and local dining it was. The only thing that was not top rated was quietness. You are so close to the ocean that you hear the waves. But is that really a bad thing if you choose to stay near the beach.

What a little gem!

Light, bright and airy in a fabulous neighborhood. The condo is a studio with everything you need plus a Hollywood worthy view. Comfortable balcony and ocean breezes complete the package. Loved it!

Wonderful condo - so close to beach, and beautiful too

Condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. Fully staffed building with roof deck and pool and elevator, 1/2 block from beach, beautiful decor, full kitchen with drinking water, comfortable king bed, quiet air conditioning. Owners called us to make sure everything was ok. Perfect place for a couple - we had a great time.

Can't beat the location next to the beach and easy walking to all the places we like to go. The view looks over Los Muertos Beach, the ocean, and neighborhoods to the south. There was a fantastic ocean breeze through the unit every afternoon, and you can hear the waves crashing throughout the day. The building is charming and well-maintained. The rooftop pool area is updated and super clean; perfect for relaxing on non-beach days. Everyone we met was friendly and there seems to be a good community of regular residents. The unit itself was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed and the bed was quite comfortable. It's in a lively area, and street noise started early every day - but thankfully the restaurant and bar sounds dropped at a reasonable hour every night for peaceful sleep.

Best Booking Ever!!!

We loved everything about this condo! Everything you needed was provided for us. Clear instructions about how things worked. It was very comfortable and homey. The roof top pool was great. Access to the beach was amazing. The location was so convenient. On our last day, we packed up and had a everything ready to go. My husband went back into the suite and took pictures of everything. It was like he wanted to spend every last moment he could in the suite. Neither of us wanted to leave! We will definitely come back to stay again. We actually would consider buying a condo in the building.

Great location. Nice unit. A lot of construction in the building. My only complaint is there should be lounge chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. There’s a table and four chairs that weren’t comfortable. I would recommend for a single or a couple. There was an issue about an iron. Totally my fault for not reading instructions. However, owner called me and it was cleared up immediately. Very responsive.

Mark and I are from Dallas TX and looked for a vacation home not far away. Puerto Vallarta is a two hour flight from DFW or 3 hour trip on Southwest with a stop in Houston. We absolutely love Puerto Vallarta. The people are so friendly (and happy) and not speaking Spanish is not a problem. The locals love having tourists there and it is safe and secure. We've traveled the world but Puerto Vallarta is now one of our favorite places!

We purchased #602 in 2015. It is a two bedroom (VRBO 997616) and jumped at the opportunity to purchase the this studio down the hall when it came on the market.

We know you will love staying here as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

La Palapa is right on the beach and guaranteed to never have an unobstructed view. The staff is awesome and already at your service. The location can't be beat - all of PVR is outside your doorstep. There are only 7 units per floor surrounding and open air atrium. It's a quiet and relaxing destination for your vacation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Newly and completed renovated - everything down to the silverware is new! Sheets - towels - furniture - - all first rate. Eric works in the hospitality industry and seems to have thought of everything. There's even a guest information book with all you need to know for your visit. The front staff is manned 24/7 and access to the building is closely monitored.

We get high marks from our guests for the attention to detail. There are power strips that include USB outlets on each nights stand. There's a lighted makeup mirror and the lighting has been thoughtfully laid out in each room.
You will have absolutely no regrets deciding to stay with us!
