Aucun escalier à la plage. Il suffit de descendre de l'ascenseur et de descendre une petite rampe. Écoutez le choc de la vague et admirez l’océan bleu cristallin de Coco Azul situé à quelques pas de la plage de Los Muertos (chaises vertes) dans la baie de Banderas, dans la Zona Romantica, au niveau 9. Coco Azul est proche de tout, y compris des complexes Blue Chairs / Green Chairs, du Mantamar Beach Club et du Sapphire Ocean Club, tout en restant suffisamment éloigné pour ressentir un sentiment d'intimité et de détente. À quelques pas du cœur de la vieille ville, il y en a pour tous les goûts, notamment de nombreux magasins, bars et restaurants gay-friendly. Récemment rénové, l'ambiance est moderne, avec une touche de vieux Mexique: des tons naturels, des notes d'aqua et une ambiance moderne et décontractée créent un sentiment de calme. Cette unité d'extrémité est claire et aérée avec de nombreuses fenêtres. La vue imprenable peut être appréciée à partir de l'unité à double climatisation, du patio privé complet avec cuisine extérieure ou de la piscine qui se trouve presque sur la plage. Vous êtes invités à profiter des nombreux équipements dont une nouvelle cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, une laveuse et une sécheuse intégrées, une grande chambre privée avec lit King Size, des ventilateurs de plafond intérieurs et extérieurs, un accès WIFI et deux écrans plats téléviseurs, une dans la chambre à coucher avec Apple TV et un grand salon de 59 "avec Kodi Box pour le divertissement avec des centaines de films / sports / actualités, etc. Bien que mieux adapté pour deux, il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Beautiful Balcony views to the ocean. Great Pool! I had requested a shower chair and the host was accommodating. Good location. Its close to stores and restaurants as well as to boardwalk. The headboard was a bit loose but nothing to worry about and watch the edges of the bed frame. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!

Coco Azul delights once again

This is a must stay property! Perfectly located, beautifully decorated, comfortable with a killer view? What more could you need for a great vacation. Hadn’t used the pool on prior visits but did use it this stay. It’s a quiet escape after you’ve had enough of the stimulation on the beach.

Perfect location and perfect stay

Could not have been happier with the condo, the great view from the private patio, or the amenities inside. This place really delivered. Direct access to the beach was awesome. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful.

GORGEOUS condo!

The cleanliness, space , decor & modern conveniences were MUCH better than any hotel. But the patio & view put the rental OTT! Price was super fair as well. Cannot imagine staying in a hotel with a comparable price compared to Coco Azul. Would definitely book again!

The perfect place!

The condo was lovely! Excellent layout and very clean. There was everything we needed. Blender for drinks, dishwasher, and cooking equipment. I love the filtered water and outdoor cooking area. We booked a fishing trip and prepared fresh caught fish outside! It is in an area we love. There is a lot of life going on all around. We enjoy the sounds of the clubs and music all day. Everything gets quiet at or before 11. The pool was lovely and not busy. We can’t wait to come stay again.

5 star sunsets and sweet suite !

Wow! when you walk into the space and see the balcony and waves crashing in. Fantastic unit, very comfy furniture, ample storage, large shower (good pressure and lots of hot water), plus well equipped kitchen. Appreciated filtered water on tap, plus end unit position that brought in lots of sunlight and cross breezes. We loved cooking and eating meals on the balcony, hanging out at the pool, watching the waves, plus those stunning sunsets. A short walk down to the market, shops and restaurants. A lively beach, and yes, music all day, but that’s the vibe. Loved it!

Excellent Suite 2 mins from swimmable beach

This suite had all amenities for us. The sunsets and morning coffees on patio are amazing. Location location. The condo is on the gay beach just an FYI and service at the beachfront is excellent. We stayed here for our 20th Anniversary for 1 week, we ate out every day and never had one bad meal. Our pool was out of order the week we stayed because of high winds due to hurricane in south. Beatriz made arrangements for us to go to the neighboring pool at Sapphire. The suite is beautifully decorated. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Our second stay

We love this room and building. Check in and out are super easy. Room is comfy with great balcony and views. Very clean. We love the location of the building. It’s in a super quiet area of the city but you can walk to the center in 10 minutes. Love the cobblestone streets and beautiful older buildings. Have walked home alone at night without any issues. Will absolutely come and stay again.

Thank you Luis and property manager Beatriz who made everything perfect. The location is perfect ! The pool is amazing. The condo is perfect view. I was a little nervous being out of USA but this location is super safe and I recommend these fine dining places. Cafe de artistes , the iguana and O’Funiculi also Beatriz knew of all these inexpensive local places that I ate at. This trip was amazing and the ocean water is super warm Best trip and Vrbo experience!!

Wonderful spot in the perfect Zona Romantica location!

Russ and Beatriz delivered in every way. Beatriz was very high touch the entire time and only a brief message away if we needed anything. The condo is beautiful with breathtaking views - photos do not do it justice! The complex itself is very well run, clean with a great pool and terrific beach access - Los Muertos Beach is easy access mere steps away. Also quick walk to everything you would want in the Zona Romantica - just be ready for that Hill! Checking in and out was a breeze with clear instructions on what to expect from Beatriz well in advance of our stay. This gem is our go-to fo our stays in Puerto Vallarta!

Such a nice place to stay

We have been coming to PV for 25 years and have stayed in the building previously. It has a great location and the unit is fantastic. Expect noise in the evening from nightlife...this is PV! Check in was seamless and the unit is well appointed.

Great property

Coco Azul was a great place to stay to experience Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta. It's a short 10 minute walk to the center of the tourist spots but its just far enough removed to be a quiet get away. It was a good size for two people but large enough to have friends for dinner if you'd like. The beach just south was great for body surfing and not too crowded. We were there in February and were able to watch whales from the balcony along with beautiful sunsets. Overall we gave this stay 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the historic section of Puerto Vallarta.

Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Russ's place. His condo was well appointed, nicely located and very comfortable. Beatrice, the property manager, was quite helpful during our stay. Our only concerns were some construction noise from the unit below. This was only an issue during the day mind you. Also, the compressor in the resort next door cycles on and off all day long and can be bothersome while using the condo's terrace outside. The pool was wonderful, and we discovered the Ritmos Beach Club in front of the condo were more than happy to serve food and drink to us without ever having to leave the poolside. Vacation Bliss!

I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for many years and in January decided to make a move in purchasing this condo because of the view and ideal location. An extensive remodel, much thought and new decor, created "Coco Azul". There is always an adventure to be found in PV. I hope you enjoy the condo, the beach and the city as much as I do.

It is said that this property is the furthest you can get away from it all and still be in the middle of everything. Easy walk into everything but just enough out of the main downtown to feel a bit more away from it all.
