Venez vous détendre dans cette chambre bien équipée et une unité de bain. Endormez-vous au son des vagues et profitez de toute la beauté du paysage tropical qui vous entourera. Maui Sands est un petit bijou qui offre toujours un charme "Old Hawaii". Idéalement situé à West Maui, vous êtes à proximité de nombreuses plages, restaurants et boutiques. Pendant que vous êtes ici, vous voudrez vous arrêter au marché fermier qui fournit des aliments biologiques et des produits locaux. Juste en face se trouve le marché aux poissons avec du poisson frais local qui est apporté tous les jours! L'unité offre une vue partielle sur l'océan et le jardin et a été récemment rénovée et offre une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle, une grande télévision à écran plat et un lit queen size. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une laveuse / sécheuse, un climatiseur, une connexion Wi-Fi, un câble de base et un espace de stationnement.

Perfect stay for fisherman

This condo is perfect for the fishing couple! Just steps away from the beach, we were able to fish anytime we wanted.

This is a Garden View unit and surrounded by mature vegetation. Photo shown on listing shows the ocean, this in not true as you cannot see the ocean due to again, mature vegetation. Old and incorrect view photo.

I planned this solo vacation back in November. Such beautiful weather for the entire week! This property has a well-equipped full kitchen, comfortable living room seating, and a great little walk-out patio where one can eat breakfast in relative seclusion

Everything was just great. Great location, comfortable, clean property.

The location is great for my family. It you don't need spectacular sand beach right at your front door, it's the best place to stay. Close to the ocean, you may swim anytime you wish. Perfect beaches are accessible in 5 min, Fish Market and other stores are literally cross the street. Property management is nice. Checkin/Checkout was smooth and easy. Thanks for the owner and property manager.

Delightful Accommodations

This condo is very comfortable, very clean and fully equipped. We loved the location and the sound of the waves at night. Bree and Dave were available, accessible and responsive. They couldn't have been nicer. Everything you need is in the condo, and there's nothing you can't buy within a 5 minute walk...including delicious takeout meals. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to this beautiful island!

Great time.

We loved that the ocean was right there next to our condo. My husband and I had a great time, very relaxing and quiet. My only issue was three items 1: only hot water came out of the kitchen sink. 2: T.V. Did not work in the bedroom. 3: front door with access code did not work most of the time, we ended up using slider door. Other than that we loved the location and it was very convenient to walk around. We would for sure stay there again. I would not recommend with kids.

A perfect getaway!

My husband and I had a great week in apartment 703! Bree was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well cared for. We felt very safe. It is walking distance to multiple delicious coffee shops which we enjoyed during our stay. The apartment remained cool throughout the days and nights because it is shaded by lots of greenery on both sides. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but we never touched it (we stayed in early March). My only caution to future renters is to be sure to understand that the property itself is not on the sand. Yes, it has stunning views of the water, but the grass lawn leads to a sea wall. There are steps nearby to walk down to the sand but there are rocks and depending on where the tide is, this can be treacherous. The good news is that Honokowai park is just a few minutes walk away, which has a spacious and clean beach. We would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Maui, which I'm certainly hoping they do!

Nice place to stay if you don't like crowded hotels

Our family love to spent our vacation in this place pretty much. And that was not the first time we rented that property. Everything is great as usual, nothing interrupted us from relaxing. Convenient place, not crowded, walk access to everything we need.

Everything was great as usual

Clean property, great location close to the ocean (30 steps), convenient neighborhood, close to Fish Market, Farmers market, ABC store, washer/dryer in the unit is pretty much helpful. Management is nice and helpful. Nothing to add. There is little inconvenience because old stair to the ocean is removed, but there is a way to get to the ocean and public beach is in 3 min of walk.

No pool access

The unit is adequate and close to the sea wall. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. As a returning renter to the Maui Sands complex, I assumed that all units enjoyed the pool, which is where I spend a large amount of my vacation day. Renter beware that there has been a disagreement within the HOA and this building is no longer allowed access. This leaves you to share the chaise lounge chairs along the sea wall in a 15' wide swatch of grass which is essentially someone's front yard. Although that end unit is owner occupied and quite friendly, you're subjected to their TV volume, choice in music and guests. I had a meltdown with the property manager who explained the pool situation was several years old and that no mention of a pool was in their listing. I still think its worthy of a mention. I expect a pool in every condo that I reserve for vacation. My bad for having assumed that this was no different, having stayed in this condo complex before.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The Maui Sands Seaside does not have access to a pool which is why it is not listed as having one on the amenities page. Not every complex has a pool and we strongly recommend that if you require certain amenities during your stay to send an inquiry with your questions, so that you select a condo that will best suite your needs. It was unfortunate that this guest was unhappy with their stay due to not having a pool, but overall our guests are happy with this condo and location and we have many repeat guests.

Our Favorite Part of Maui

We had the most incredible time staying at this property. You can literally hear the waves from inside the apartment. The location is private, fully stocked with anything you may need, and is right on the water. Aside from a tiny hiccup when we first arrived (we were flying in quite late and the access code didn't work, but we called and Bree picked up and fixed the issue even though it was 11:30pm!)-- we adored our time at this place and only wish it could have been longer. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui! Thank you from Toronto - Mahalo!

Great location, sunsets and sunrises were beautiful ☺️

Bree was in constant communication with us. Made everything smooth having all the information up front. If you stay here, a must is the Farmers Market and get a Marley Bowl; actually any bowl you get will be worth it.

Convenient quiet condo in walking distance from any stores we usually need: farmers market, ABC store, Times, Fishmarket. 30 steps from the deck door to the ocean, washer and dryer are inside, which is very convenient, all appliances are working. Clean. Nice and prompt management.

Another great time with the whales

We had another great stay in this condo. We can't add much more than we previously said about this condo. Great place! Great home base to explore the island! Great location! Some of our days got started a little later in the morning because we would lose track of time whale watching over coffee at the back of the complex, which is just a few steps away. We could get used to making this an annual thing.

Great place and location

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in mid-April. This unit was perfect for our needs. It is well equipped, steps from the ocean, and we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. The unit is great to use as a home base to explore other parts of the island, and to walk around to the nearby restaurants and beaches. While on the observation deck, we saw an endangered Hawaiian monk seal, a mother and calf humpback whale (we struck out during our whale watching tour), and numerous sea turtles. We definitely recommend staying at this condo and are hoping to return in the heart of next whale season.

Very happy with our stay at Maui sands!

My husband and I stayed for 9 nights for our honeymoon and we were happy with everything! The communication was great we didn’t have any issues with anything. Arrived at 1130 pm so it was dark but with the clear instructions we were able to access the condo easily. We were only steps away from the ocean! Very lovely and would stay here again! Thank you :)
