We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool area and the different outdoor spaces. 😊 Regarding the terraces, the villa actually has three terraces: the pool terrace, the terrace accessed from the living room, and the upper roof terrace. The roof terrace is not furnished, as the wonderful sea views can already be enjoyed from the other two terraces, which are fully equipped for relaxing and dining. We’re sorry to hear about the air conditioning dripping. This is certainly not something that should normally happen. As with any property with air conditioning, it is important to keep the doors and windows closed while the system is running, as leaving them open can cause the units to work excessively and may lead to condensation issues. We will nevertheless ask our maintenance team to check the unit. The villa also has private parking within the property, which is particularly useful in this area where street parking can sometimes be limited in summer. Thank you again for your feedback.
