Hi Jodi. Thank you for your 5 star review. We take on board your comments of course. We state again that pool towels are avaiable at an extra cost and we offer this option at the very moment you make the booking in our confirmation email and again shortly before your stay. As the villas are self catering and a washing machine is at your disposal we only provide one large bath towel and one small per person but will provide additional if requested. We hope to see you back again some time in the future in our beautiful Nerja and we are always on hand for any help we can provide and anything you may need.

The property is clearly advertised as having no air conditioning in the upstairs lounge. We do provide fans. Our maintenance team arrived at the property as soon as we were made aware of a cockroach issue. They were not allowed entry and so handed the guests insectide to help. Cockroaches can be found in hot countries and fumigations are carried out in the whole town to help with any possible incident. Guests visited our office twice and received help and advise during their stay seeming very happy. Guests admitted before check out that the cockroach issue had not affected their stay and was only "3 or 4" in their words. Guests were given the option to leave their luggage with us at our office but in the end contrary to our policy, they were allowed to leave luggage at the property, in the grounds, until their transfer came which was organised by us. Guests were asked to only leave luggage outside the house as the property had new guests arriving that same day nonetheless they entered the property anyway dirtying floors and making use of it's facilities.

Nos alegra muchísimo saber que disfrutasteis de las impresionantes vistas, de la terraza, la piscina y de la tranquilidad de la villa. Sentimos mucho que los colchones no fueran cómodos durante vuestra estancia. Nos alegra, eso sí, que nuestro equipo pudiera reaccionar rápidamente y sustituirlos el mismo día para que pudierais descansar mejor. Tomamos nota también de vuestros comentarios sobre la cafetera y los tendremos en cuenta para seguir mejorando la villa. En cuanto a la ubicación, la villa se encuentra en una zona tranquila y residencial, y entendemos que el acceso a pie pueda resultar más complicado para familias con niños pequeños. Agradecemos mucho vuestro comentario y sobre las distancias, nosotros nos guiamos en con la medidas de Google Maps pero entendemos que depende de la persona este camino sea más largo de lo estipulado.
