Cette villa privĂ©e est situĂ©e dans un quartier calme et exclusif de Benalmadena (Torremuelle). Il est prĂ©sentĂ© dans un Ă©tat impeccable et offre un espace de vie attrayant pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis.

The host, Adam, was very good, available and happy to help. Met us on arrival and showed us the ropes.The house itself was extremely well equipped particularly the kitchen. The sitting room could have done with another sofa to facilitate the whole group. The condition of the villa was dated and definitely in need of complete updating. It was awkwardly laid out on 3 floors and involved a lot of steps! A long walk from the top to the bottom if you forgot something!!It was very clean, so no issues there. Lots of outdoor space to entertain with a spectacularly clean double BBQ in a covered area with all necessary utensils and a bag of charcoal.Hosts had provided enough dishwasher and washing machine tablets to get us started which was fantastic. Kitchen larder had lots of useful basics which was so helpful. Check it out before 1st shop.We used Mercadona supermarket for our main shop, which was a 20/30 mins easy walk away. Taxi back 7/8.The area didn't have much to offer and was quite hilly. There were a couple of restaurants and a shop within 10 mins walk. There was a lovely cafe, Matilda's, which opened for breakfast/lunch. Food there was really nice.The train station was a 7/8 min walk downhill. A bit longer going back up with suitcases!! The lift there didn't work on arrival and it was a struggle with bags and buggies. Return journey was perfect with no need for a lift. (We chose not to hire a car.) Pool was lovely, if chilly! We were a mixed age group from 1-75 yrs!

Villa was spotless and as described, everything was working and well thought through in terms of facilities.The area is quiet but a few local restaurants and bars/hotels plus easy access to larger centres as needed.Would definitely return.

Brilliant villa in a great spot. Comms with Adam were great throughout. Villa itself was probably better than the pictures, everything was completely spotless. We loved the pool, table tennis and the pool table. Everything was comfy and plenty of utensils etcThe air con worked well. Local restaurants, good pizza place and a local supermarket near by. Don’t miss the chiringuita spot on the beach nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend

We loved our stay at The Villa. There were 11 of us from 3 separate families however it is really spacious. The villa was really clean and the amenities are great for all ages.We met Adam when we arrived, and Dorothy when we checked out. Both were so friendly and helpful.Transport links are great which meant the older teenagers could explore.There is an express Supermarket 10 minutes away, and a much larger supermarket within 30 minutes walk. There are already some handy items in the kitchen so so check first. We also booked an online delivery before arriving from the UK from DIA which was great and we would thoroughly recommend.The area is relatively quiet but there are some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The overall rating is 3 that's because we got 3 letters pushed under the security gate by a neighbour telling us to keep our 6 & 7 year old girls quite from 1till 4 everyday ?? But it was fine to hear the Spanish kids and other villa's making more noise than us ? We would never have booked this property if we had known this was going to happen and it spoiled the hole experience of what is a lovely villa. Dorothy mentioned it on arrival but we thought excess noise and party's not 2 little girls playing in the pool ? As a family we all fell out with each other because no one knew what on earth this neighbour was trying to do and it spoilt our holiday, If they dont want kids playing say it in the advert for the property not say on arrival ? We have video evidence of others shouting and screaming all hours of the day which we have passed on to the owner ? The neighbour who was kicking the security gate and pushing letters under is clearly a nut case very sad human being not wanting children to play on their holiday :((((

We had a fantastic stay here. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of three families—we never felt like we were on top of each other. The two kitchens were very handy, and there were more than enough bathrooms for everyone.The outdoor area was the real highlight. The pool was amazing with plenty of sunbeds, and the kids spent most of their time in it. The BBQ area and ping pong table were great additions, and while we didn’t use the hot tub much, it was a lovely bonus to have.We also really enjoyed the surrounding area. Matilda’s CafĂ©, just a short stroll away, became a firm favourite for brunch, pastries, and coffee. There are also a couple of good local restaurants (Italian and Spanish) and a small supermarket nearby for essentials.Most evenings, we took the bus into BenalmĂĄdena for dinner—highly recommend the restaurants around the marina. We also had a great day out at Carvajal Beach, which is just one stop away on the train.We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. A brilliant villa in a great location!

Jacuzzien virkede som et godt trÊkplaster. UdekÞkkenet gav inspiration. Dejligt at huset var fyldt med daglig ting ( toiletpapir, kÞkkenrulle samt krydderier i skabene). Samt anbefaling af spisesteder i omrÄdet. Morgenmadsstedet Matilda var supert

Ett hÀrligt hus för mÄnga personer. Alla trivdes. Enda smolket i bÀgaren var ett regn och ÄskovÀder som slog ut elen i köket. Men vÀrden ordnade det till det bÀsta. Poolen och jacuzzin lockade de yngre. Kort sagt hade vi en hÀrlig vecka.

Lovely Family Holiday

We spent a week at this lovely villa at the end of August 2024. A large family holiday with 8 adults and 4 children between 7 and 13. The villa is beautiful with excellent facilities. The table tennis and pool tables were particularly well used, as were the BBQ and above all else, the pool. The villa is very quiet and secure and the outside space is fabulous. The inside is also great with very efficient air-conditioning. There are two good restaurants within 5 minutes and a basic supermarket. The Mercadano Supermarket will provide everything you need and is a 20-minute walk or a 6-euro taxi ride away. The railway station is 5 minutes up the hill with excellent connections to Fuengirola and Malaga. Adam looked after us very well. Timely, efficient, and sociable with excellent English. We used Solihop for transfers and Event Nautica in Fuengirola for a boat trip. Both excellent also. Highly recommended!

Wonderful family villa

We stayed for a week in the villa as a family of 14 with our children and grandchildren and it was perfect. The pool and surrounding area is big enough for large numbers with sunbeds and is well maintained. There are also the pool table, table football game and table tennis to keep all ages entertained. We used the barbeque on a number of occasions which is large and also well equipped. There is a main kitchen that is very well equipped as well as a smaller kitchen to allow flexibility if required. The bedrooms and lounge are bright and comfortable. Adam was the perfect host, spending time to show us around and explain the facilities and was happy to answer questions and give advice on things to do. There are a few bars and restaurants near the villa but we tended to travel to the main area of Benalmadena by bus and taxi (buses are quite regular from close to the villa and taxis cost around ÂŁ10 per journey) for more choice. The best comment I can make is that we all enjoyed our stay, would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

The Villa is exactly as stated only better, it’s fabulous. No details have been overlooked, clean , top quality furnishings . Hosts were brilliant, cannot complain about anything . Would love to come back

Fantastic Villa

8 adults and 4 children this villa has it all, plenty of space for everyone, entertainment system is brilliant for those who want TV. Pool area is brilliant and very well kept with pool services twice a week. The hot tub is very clean and well located although we did not use it because the weather was so hot. Grounds are well kept with gardening services once a week. The upper kitchen is limited to what can be cooked / stored due to its size however the ground floor kitchen has more than enough of everything needed. The out door kitchen / bbq area is great but could do with a fridge for drinks to save going indoors when wet to get drinks. Access is very easy from Malaga Airport by train with the train at Torremuelle station only 7mins walk. ( down hill going but up hill on the return). A handy shop and a couple of restaurants and a bar about 5 mins walk from the villa. The hosts Adam and Dorothy are spot on and will help you in anyway they can. Top Villa with top hosts. Definitely recommended.

The property was great needs a bit of updating but it was great. So near to shops and beach. We had a 80th birthday party and got a private chef who cooked for us. What a great day we had.
