This beautiful renovated town house is just 600 meters from the town of Santany and near its coasts and beaches, such as Cala D'or, Cala Ferrera or Porto Petro.
The house is 250 square meters and the exterior covers 11 square meters.
It has a lovely dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, seating area with sofa, satellite TV and wifi connection, traditional Mallorcan fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms with fans for summer and central heating for the winter months.

We recommend hiring a car to explore the rest of the island.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
