Belle propriété au bord de l'eau à quelques minutes du coeur de Wolfeboro sur Rust Pond. Cadre paisible sur une eau vierge et super claire.
Un mur de fenêtres et un porche grillagé vous aident à profiter des images et des sons de l'eau. Nagez ou faites du kayak du quai à une plage de sable Faites de l'exercice en pagayant sur la circonférence. Comme vous le souhaitez, revenez dans un endroit confortable pour vous laver et vous détendre. La maison offre quatre chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. La cuisine avec coin repas est entièrement approvisionnée, donnant sur l'eau et connectée à une grande terrasse pour les grillades, les repas et le coucher du soleil. La chambre supérieure comprend un lit queen et un contour de fenêtres ainsi qu'un grand placard. Au niveau principal, vous vous sentirez le confort du chalet d'origine des années 1930 avec une alcôve 1 chambre / salle de bain. Ensuite, le niveau inférieur du lac. Rénové en 2017, des équipements plus modernes peuvent être appréciés. L'une des chambres récemment rénovées dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés. L'autre une reine avec un grand dressing. Les deux chambres offrent une vue magnifique sur l'eau. La grande salle de bain flambant neuve à ce niveau a une douche de 60 "X 42" et une vanité double lavabo. Quittez ce niveau vers le patio en brique à quelques pas du quai.

Great week on Rust Pond

This location is perfect for a family or families with young kids. The house is right on Rust Pond. Rust Pond is clean and quiet, and kids can swim, kayak, and paddle board right off the dock. The location is close enough to Wolfeboro Center for a quick car ride, but far enough away to avoid the commotion. Host was great, everything was easy.

The house easily accommodated eight adults. Loved dining out on the deck and sitting on the dock at sunset just beautiful.Availability of the kayaks and paddle boards was a plus.Although there were several fans available, the addition of a couple of window AC units would have added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Love Rust Pond

This was our first stay at this property and it was wonderful. It was perfect for the ages and interests of all our children and grandchildren. There are plenty of opportunities for kayaking,fishing, games, puzzles, reading, cooking and just plain relaxing on the lovely screened-in porch, taking in the lovely view of the pond. It is clean and well-appointed. We have stayed in a few vacation homes over the past 20 years while our family has expanded, thus needs have changed. This one met them all and we are returning next year by popular demand. Thank you.

Extended stay

Nice place , well kept, clean comfortable, feels like home. Nice dock on rust pond . Took the kayak out for a few trips on the pond. The dirt road to camp could use a little work.

Magical stay on Rust Pond

Our family had an amazing time, kayaking, swimming, playing games, and enjoying special family meals together. This property exceeded our expectations. The location is just steps from the beautiful Rust Pond and includes everything you need to spend all day outdoors and on the water (multiple kayaks, life vests, float noodles, towels). It’s a quiet area and it often felt like we were the only ones on the pond. The enclosed porch was perfect for playing family games and enjoying the beautiful views.

Peaceful Lake, Beautiful House

My family of 5 adults spent a week at this beautiful lakeside house and we loved it. The owners and the property manager were available, friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate. Beach towels, beach chairs, life jackets, kayaks, paddle board and fans were available as well as AC in the third floor bedroom. The third floor bedroom is private and has spectacular views of the crystal clear lake. The bedroom at ground level is also very private and is adjacent to a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower and plenty of hot water. The bedroom on the middle floor is smaller than the others, but was comfortable and is also adjacent to a bathroom with shower and tub. All of the adult beds were comfortable. We had no children in our group, so we did not try out the 4 bunk beds! This house had everything you need for utensils in the kitchen. The lake is beautiful and sunsets spectacular. My husband caught fish, we all had a chance to paddle board and we swam from the dock. The porch overlooking the lake is comfortable with views of the lake. The one caution I would make is that this house has multi-floors. It is totally manageable for most, but if you have mobility issues access to the lake as well as access to the upper and lower floors will be difficult. This house is a gem! The time our family spent together at Rust Pond was very special and much appreciated after all of the time spent apart over the last two years.

Everything about the property was true to form. The lake and surroundings were gorgeous and very peaceful the only issue was the mile long road at night but we managed would definitely stay there again

The property provides a delightful family vacation setting. Rust Pond is a quiet setting offering wonderful swimming and kayaking. Wolfeboro is an iconic vacation destination with waterfront shops and dining options to satisfy all ages. The owner and/or property manager is accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.

A grand family vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Rust Pond. Kayaking and paddle boarding from the dock were great fun from this peaceful spot. The property owner and manager were incredibly helpful and ensured that that our stay went smoothly.

Beautiful, large, clean house with great water views.

Beautiful, clean home with great water views. Convenient setup of bedrooms for kids and adults. Plenty of room for 4 adults and three children. Spent lots of time on screened in porch looking through the trees to the pond. Very relaxing. Rust pond has clean water for swimming and calm water for kayaking. House is close to Wolfeburro which has quaint shops and restaurants and easy access to lake Winnipesaukke. Owners live in nearby home. They were pleasant, very responsive and gave us our privacy. I would rent this house again.

Exceptional family get away!

We were more than pleased with our stay at this Rust Pond home. The property manager was very helpful as we planned our stay and with any questions during our time in Wolfboro. The owners likewise went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home is a perfect lake house with everything we needed to keep all ages happy. We had plenty of space inside and outside to spread out, enjoy the beautiful pond, kayak, paddle-board, fish, read and RELAX! The Wolfboro area has many places to visit, dine, things to do, and is centrally located for short day trips throughput the region. Can not wait to go back!

Family vacation

A comfortable, clean cottage with all necessary furnishings and accessories to insure a pleasant vacation. The dock and kayaks provide a fun waterfront setting for all ages. Wolfeboro is the idyllic New England village for vacationers.
