Fantastic Lake Placid Rental!

Such a great property for a family so close to downtown Lake Placid! Tom and Emily were fantastic hosts, and the property was just as described. The kids loved being 30 feet from a playground, where they quickly made friends with anyone else playing. The decks were a fabulous place to hang out and watch them play. We grilled out half the nights we were there and enjoyed having a proper kitchen. Easy walk into town and mirror lake. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Park Place Lake Pkacid

We had a great time. The house was perfectly located so we could walk to Main Street and peruse the shops or get a bite to eat when we didn’t want to make our own meals at the house. We were also able to hike the mountains that we wanted and hike the ADK rail trail.

Great location and parking

This was our first time in Lake Placid and really appreciated staying so close to everything with a parking spot! Property was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 3.

Great!

Great location! It was close to all the restaurants and shops, while still feeling homey. The property was very clean, and was larger than I realized. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Convenient location to downtown

Nice location for easy access to downtown. Place was clean and well maintained. Living room could use some better seating but overall good for a ski weekend away. Unfortunately the warm weather and lack of snow made winter activities difficult but if we were to return to LP we’d definitely consider returning to this rental

This is a perfect place to stay in Lake Placid! We had an amazing time here, the location is 10/10 with beautiful views right out the kitchen! Plus it is walking distance to Main St. It has everything you could need to cook and is a great find. We will be back on our next trip!

Christmas in Lake Placid

We had a great Christmas at Park Place. The rental is clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. The host Tom was available if we needed him. We definitely recommend this property.

The house was clean and cozy.. it's a block away from main street and 15 minutes from whiteface mountain highly recommended anyone to stay here

Perfect Lake Placid retreat

My family and I (all adults) rented this property for our yearly Lake Placid trip and it was wonderful! The house is very clean and relaxing. The beds and sheets were so comfortable!! The location is so close to Main Street with all of the restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. Even being so close to town, the property is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The park just outside the house if perfect for families. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies plus a washer and dryer! Tom and Emily were super easy to communicate with and help with any questions we had promptly! Definitely plan to come back next year! Thanks for the great accommodations!!

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location

The cabin is gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. The location on the park was perfect for my 5-year old and was a short trip down the hill to Main Street, absolutely perfect! Tom is a fantastic host and made us feel welcome and communicated with such detail and promptness. This is the perfect place for a family who wants to be close to town and have a comfortable home base!

Perfect Lake Placid Stay

We loved this place. It was clean, the host was easy to communicate with, and the location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed hanging out in the living area and the sleeping areas were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.

Best location in lake placid

Nice property in very central location making walking into downtown very convenient. Well stocked cabin/house in great condition. Great views of whiteface.

Cozy home with a great view

This was a great place to stay while in Lake Placid. It was far enough removed from Main St. to feel isolated, but a short walk downhill and you were there. We loved how it was set back off the street, and overlooking the playground and park was very peaceful. Everything was clean, kitchen supplies were plentiful, and the owners were responsive to questions. We'd stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This place is the perfect little spot in Lake Placid, convenient location to walk into town and a “home base” to explore the area. We arrived later at night on our first night, and Tom and Emily were kind to leave lights on so we didn’t arrive to a dark house. Definitely appreciated!

Perfect Lake Placid location

We recently stayed at Park Place with our two young children. The cottage was very nice, clean and had the perfect amount of space for us. The location was awesome (walking distance to everything) and my kids enjoyed the playground and ball field right in the backyard. Tom and Emily were super nice and readily available if we needed anything during our stay. I highly recommend a stay at Park Place and plan to return next year.

Comfortable place in a prime location

My family of 6 stayed at this place for a week during July 4th. We found the place clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! We walked to town many times avoiding the headaches of driving and finding parking. The cabin is a short drive away from two big supermarkets and a gym. Tom and his wife were available when we need them and responded to any questions we had. I will recommend staying at this place to my friends.

Great weekend away

We were in town for a short Ironman Training weekend and this was the perfect “home base” for two. Super clean, new and well appointed house right along the park. We enjoyed the close proximity to town to walk around Mirror Lake each night then came back to relax outside on the deck. Highly recommend!

A gem of a place

Brand new, clean and nicely furnished. Upside down living provides great views of whiteface. Location right next to park is great for families with small children. Easy walk to town.
