Perfect beach getaway

Location was perfect, close to groceries, the boardwalk, and eat access to see the 4th of July fireworks. Beautiful property and the outdoor shower was really useful to rinse of the kids.

The house was prettier than the pictures. The beds were super comfy and the house had everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower and the rocking chairs on the porch.

Lovely Oasis

We stayed in the bottom unit which has access to a lovely courtyard which was so welcomed after long days at the beach. It was so cozy that you felt like you were in your own little spa. So much fun!!

Peaceful

This place was perfect for my family of 6. Very clean with a beautiful, well kept back yard. Close walk to beach and all the attractions. Met the owner who was very friendly and caring. We stayed on the lower level which was perfect for my 2 year old. We will definitely be booking here again in the futur.

Great Stay!

Our stay at Meadowlard was fantastic! The property was exactly as depicted in the listing and most importantly, CLEAN. The place is especially great for those with kids. There is a large outdoor area to enjoy and no stairs inside the unit to worry about. Harris Teeter is right around the corner and the beach is a short walk from the property. Property manager was extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Location of house is great-very easy to walk to the beach and close to a nice grocery store. Needs a little TLC with some peeling paint and tiles coming loose in the master bath but the size and layout of the house worked well for the group we had. It is the ground floor with a separate rental above, so you can hear people walking around upstairs. Cleanliness was decent, with the exception of the cookware and cooking utensils, many of which I washed before using. The grill was very dirty and the ignition lighter was not working so check before you plan to use it. Communication from the host could be improved.

Good location, clean

Good location. Less than 5 min to beach. Lots of plates, cups, utensils. Only 2 bathrooms. Lower level, can hear upstairs neighbors, but not too bad. Harris Teeter very close (1 block away). Landlord was very responsive and helpful.

Exactly what we were looking for as a family of 4 with teenagers who wanted to be close to everythin

We wanted somewhere that had room for us all but with privacy and close to the boardwalk for the teens to do their thing. This is the place! Direct walk to the beach past a great hotel with food and drinks for all. Right in the center of the boardwalk area and the owner had chairs and toys for guests to take to the beach. The house is great and the remodeling was well done! Make sure you read the guest book for great tips and rules on the parking passes. And Harris Teeter in walking distance too! Overall great place and experience and we will be back! Thanks Frank!

the house was wonderful but it could have been cleaner. the master bath sink drained very slowly and the water pressure was low. the listing shows 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but there were only 2 bathrooms. The stocked supplies were very plentiful and helpful. the owner was very responsive to my questions. great location. would rent and reccommend to others.
