Villa individuelle de luxe indépendante avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains dans le quartier calme de Los Mojones à Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. Casa Lucie est une nouvelle venue sur le marché de la location à partir de juillet 2019, après avoir été rénovée pour atteindre un niveau de qualité élevé et moderne. Belle terrasse avec piscine privée chauffée, très privée et sans vis à vis dans un endroit fabuleux. Barbecue, table de billard, climatisation, Wifi et télévision avec chaînes anglaises dans la propriété. Villa a été meublée comme une maison de la maison a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Excellant family holiday villa

Booked for 7 nights as a family holiday, villa was perfect for our young family. Beds all super comfy, kitchen well equipped. Excellant child friendly pool. Would highly recommended, and would book again Thank you.

Week stay in Casa Lucie

Great villa in a great location. Peaceful, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for bars and shopping. Clean, great pool comfortable and great outdoor patio area. Contacting the host Julie was easy, and she replied quickly.

Great villa in Puerto del Carmen

Lovely villa in convenient spot to get to shops and bars being 10 min walk. Julie is great with communication. Would recommend this villa, very comfortable and will book again.

Lovely Villa in a great location

We stayed here for a week over the Christmas period, the villa was well kept, had everything and the communication from Julie (the owner) was outstanding, the weather was amazing and it was only a short walk down the hill to the promenade where there are loads of shops/restaurants and a beautiful beach. We were very sad to leave and are already looking to book again, myself, my wife and my 2 children had the best time, so thank you!

Lovely well equipped villa with great outside space for relaxing by the pool. Nice to be able to have BBQs in February and finish the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace followed by an hours TV which had a great selection of English stations. Close by the villa you will find lots to do including great restaurants. We hired a car and spent a bit a time in nearby Puerto Calero which is a lovely port as well. We highly recommend this villa.

Lovely Property

Booked a 11 day stay at Casa Lucie and the photos live up to the reality. The Casa is in a quiet location and is well equipped. The pool is lovely and there is plenty of sun loungers for everyone and a great BBQ area which we enjoyed on a few nights. Inside, the Casa has plenty of comfortable seating and plenty of space. When required Julie was very responsive to ensure that our holiday was a fabulous one. Highly recommended property.

Home away from Home!

Excellent, private outdoor space to welcome us. Garden furniture of very high standard, lovely heated pool. Very comfortable open plan dining / sitting room with lovely outdoor views. An excellently equipped kitchen. We stayed in the main bedroom, which was very comfortable, with very effective air conditioning and very nice, spacious en-suite. There was an abundance of television channels - including Irish channels - for late evening viewing. The house had very good Wi-Fi and very good security ( locked gated entrance, house alarm and safety deposit box ) all of which we expect in a villa of this quality. Overall a great two week holiday in Casa Lucie. We hope to return!

Casa Lucie stay

We have just returned from a stay in Casa Lucie. We have stayed in many villas in Los Mojones in the past 11 years and would say this is one of our favourites. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and furnished to a very high standard. This is felt as soon as you open the gate onto the outside area where you are met with the pool surrounded by lovely comfortable furniture. We were surprised by the lovely welcome pack which had more than enough to start you off. The beds are great to sleep in. The three rooms and en suites are to a very high standard. You feel very safe as there are security bars at bottom of bifolding patio doors & it is surrounded by high walls and is secluded and quiet. The owner has thought of everything you require on holiday. We would definitely book this stunning villa again.

The property was in overall good condition with plenty of equipment to make the stay home from home. We enjoyed the location, space, privacy and BBQ (which I used a couple of times).There were a few minor points if I was being particular and considering it is a luxury detached Private Villa with Heated Pool. 1. Pool was not heated during our stay, we assumed this is heated in the winter. Not an issue but may be worth checking with the owner before you book off season?2. Remote control for the TV did not work so we had to buy some batteries and we were not able to get UK TV channels. Could access some sports through DAZN and in Spanish (again not an issue and more an observation).3. The clocks in the property did not work (we tried batteries and the clock on the terrace was broken.4. There was no oven gloves in the property and the pans were well used.5. Aircon was on a timer and switched off every 2 hours which was frustrating the first few nights until there was a fix.We had an issue with the aircon the first three days in all bedrooms as this was on a timer that could not be overridden by the remote control settings. Eventually the property owner (Julie) called her engineer and got instructions to remove the timer (Turn the unit on and off repeatedly 14 times and the orange light disappeared).The rest of the stay was very pleasant and we had a clean and bedding/towel change half way through the 10 day stay.Would recommend this property.

Thanks for your feedback . We will look into the minor issues you raised . Pools are not heated in summer months anywhere on the island and not necessary . Instructions to obtain UK TV channels were given through our Firestick which works perfectly through the app and you can obtain all uk channels and sports through Sky . This is checked before every guest arrives and no issues have been identified .

Excellent stay. Beautiful villa. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. Only negative was taxis were reluctant to drive to top of the hill. Normally wouldn’t be an issue, but one member of our party has mobility problems. Would recommend to stay here. Tried some of the suggested restaurants too

Beautifully Decorated

Gorgeous Villa in Los Majones, the photographs do not do it justice, beautifully decorated throughout to a very high standard. Modern kitchen with plenty of utensils/appliances. Outside area is spacious with plenty of seating & loungers. 5 minute walk to the nearest shops & restaurants, the villa is situated in a very quiet area which was what we needed for a 4 day break. Would definitely stay here again!
