Venez profiter de Brezza Marina, une grande nouvelle construction qui est idéalement située juste au nord de 30A au cœur de Seacrest, en Floride! Cette spacieuse propriété de 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains et demi peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Il y a deux suites parentales, une au premier étage avec un lit king, et l'autre au deuxième étage avec un lit queen et un balcon privé. Les deux maîtres ont de plus grandes douches à l'italienne. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen et une salle de bain attenante. Il y a un canapé-lit queen et un lit pliant double, si demandé. Brezza Marina est à quelques pas (moins de 3 minutes) de l'accès à la plage. Situé à moins d'un mile des communautés environnantes d'Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach et Watersound, Brezza Marina vous place à quelques pas, à vélo ou en voiture pour des activités familiales amusantes comme The Hub, de délicieux restaurants, des boutiques recherchées et plus encore! Ou si vous préférez passer une soirée tranquille à cuisiner à la maison, vous pouvez le faire sur le fantastique nouveau barbecue à gaz Weber! Great Beach House!

We stayed here for my friends 30th birthday and it was incredible! The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were comfy! The best part was how close it was to beach access. Just across the street!

Fun for 21!

I brought my daughter and 9 of her best friends to 30A for her 21st birthday. The house was perfect - clean, great location to walk to the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping for our group. Benchmark was easy to work with, great communication - responds quickly and very helpful.

The perfect space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breeza Marina! The house was amazing. There was plenty of space to relax and we loved that every room had its own bathroom. It was super clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. The walk to the beach was so short and easy so we felt safe letting the kids go back and forth. The neighborhood is right across the street from the beach access so no need to drive. The home had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of parking. This is a gem on 30A, our favorite place for a beach trip. We will certainly be back!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on 30A, but furniture was dirty, appliances were subpar and dirty, and items in the home were old and falling apart. We had to clean several things like BBQ, kitchen countertops, tables and 2 sinks were majorly clogged with sand. Things like the toilet paper and towel holders throughout were falling apart etc. We had one broken coffee pot and the other one was moldy, but we called and they replaced with a new one. Also, a nice big BBQ, but it was real dirty, we had to replace battery to use push starter and had to pay for a propane refill, both tanks were empty. We also had to replace almost every remote with new batteries to get them to work. For the price, we felt there should have been beach chairs and umbrellas (that were not broken) to use for the beach.....had those items and more at different houses previously. Again, great location and just like a 5 minute walk to the beach, so that was perfect.

Beach Wedding

We were there for a family wedding. We found the house clean and very roomy. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and small appliances. The little welcome boxes were a nice touch, just wish there were more hangers in the closets. Being close to the beach was nice. Having a list of local restaurants, & local grocery stores would have been nice or brocheurs from restaurants and or pizza places would have helped also.

Everything was wonderful!! The place around,inside the house,the colors, absolute Everything was amazing 😊!!! We really enjoy to be in that place, and we will came back, and for sure share the information with family and friends a about it.. the only thing was, the sheets was duty, like they don't changed when the other party going.. we found a lot dust and the sheets and also we found hairs and nails under the sheets 😣..

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was very nice and clean. Great location to the beach and surrounding communities. Upon checking in, however, the house overwhelmingly smelled of cigarette smoke even though smoking was supposed to be prohibited for this rental. That is one of the reasons we rented it. New linens were sent by management but that did nothing for the overall smell throughout our stay. Once home, all of our clothing had to be rewashed as they smelled of smoke too. If the smoke hadn’t been such a deal breaker for us, we would have rented this again.

It was very nice and clean. It was like a 5 min walk to the beach about 12 mins away from Panama

It's a great place to rent the only problem you may have is service and the wifi goes in and out. Overall nice a spacious we will go back again.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again. Only recommendation would be to have a broom in the house. But overall we loved our stay!

Right by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. Very close walk to the beach. Large spacious kitchen and very nice Webber grill on the back patio. The only negatives were that there wasn’t a pool, WiFi didn’t work for days until we called benchmark, and there were several large cockroaches we had to kill.

Beautiful home that was fully stocked for my family of 13. The beach was a short walk away. A golf cart and a grill on the property would have made the experience even better.

My family and I had a wonderful time in your home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. we could not have asked for a more perfect home to vacation in and the short walk go the beach was great. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Brezza, walking in, it was even prettier and bigger than in the pictures! Very clean, bright, and fun decor! The location was prime, we only had a few minute walk right to the beach! We went to seaside one day and that was just a 10 minute drive! We are already planning to come back to the same house next year! Hunter with Benchmark was super helpful with all of my annoying questions! I definitely recommend this house, we had an absolute blast!
