Ce condo Tar Landing est la maison de vacances familiale parfaite ... amenez plusieurs familles et amis pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'océan! Venez vous asseoir sur le porche de Papa Jim et prendre un verre glacé de thé sucré ... détendez-vous et profitez du coucher de soleil avec un verre de vin. Le condo spacieux et confortable est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant vos vacances. Location du samedi au samedi uniquement pendant la haute saison de juin, juillet et août. Les locataires sont autorisés à 2 voitures uniquement à l'unité.
PAS D'ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE!!

Lorsque vous entrez dans ce magnifique condo, sur le côté gauche, vous verrez une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Une salle de bain complète se connecte à la chambre à coucher suivante, qui a trois lits jumeaux et un lit complet. Cette zone serait parfaite pour que les enfants se rassemblent. Il y a une télé dans cette chambre pour les enfants.

Montez à l'étage au deuxième étage où vous trouverez la belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit élégants. La cuisine s'ouvre directement sur le salon et la salle à manger, et de là, dirigez-vous vers l'extérieur sur le pont pour voir la vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Il y a une télévision dans le salon principal pour regarder la famille. Juste après la cuisine se trouve un espace bar et une salle de bain complète qui mène à une autre chambre. Cette chambre a un lit Queen et un ensemble de lits superposés. Remarquez la porte privée qui mène à l'extérieur ...

Le dernier étage dispose de deux chambres, toutes deux avec lits king size. Chaque chambre a sa propre grande salle de bain avec double vasque. * Bonus * il y a une douche supplémentaire qui relie les deux salles de bains ensemble! Beaucoup d'endroits pour que tout le monde puisse se nettoyer après la plage :) Ces deux chambres disposent d'une télévision pour profiter d'un peu de temps de détente.

Cette magnifique maison pourra facilement accueillir 15 personnes et est extrêmement proche du parc d'État de Fort Macon. Aucun bateau, jet ski, remorque ou camping-car ou motocyclette n'est autorisé à Tar Landing.

Summer 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Papa Jim's. There was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved have the extra fridge on the first floor. The view of the ocean was really nice and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again! :)

Beautiful view, kept up well with the exception of the oven not working the last three days of our stay and the stovetop not working the last two days of our stay. Tar Landing is very nice and we love that property, I was disappointed we had to throw out a lot of food upon leaving and we were on a one week vacation so making time for repair people to come i and fix the stove and oven was not something we wanted to wait around for, I feel that we should have been given some money back due to that issue alone, but it was not offered.

2024 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful week staying at papa Jim’s Front Porch! The condo was as listed and more. The view was wonderful from the deck. We sat on the swing every day. The property was clean and well maintained. Heather was wonderful to work with!! I would recommend, but would rather keep it a secret..lol! We have been coming down and staying only at Tar Landing on and off since 1987. We spend most of our time at the beach. But do love Amos Mosquito and The Island Grille. We always visit Beaufort and the water front in Morehead City. I gave 5 stars on everything except the condition, but only for a couple things that could use a refresh.

We have been staying at Tar Landing Villas for 25 years. My family owned a condo there until 2021. It is the best place to vacation on the island in my opinion. The Property Manager, Heather went above and beyond to help us with some issues we had with the cleaners and some things we needed for the condo and she was so kind and helpful. The beach is private and I was really surprised that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which we loved. We normally come down in August but July was great. We love the pool and the views of the ocean were great. We even left the doors open one night to listen to the ocean while we slept. It is a great spot for a large family with children. Thank you to Heather for making our stay amazing! And this is a place we would definitely stay at again!

Papa Jim’s Recent Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heather was very polite, professional and helpful. Overall, we liked the community and size of the condo. There were a few issues with cleanliness, leaks that caused wet ceiling tiles, trash receptacles that were too small and numerous spiders (on the bottom floor). View was great, and a quick walk to the beach. I’m sure the issues we noticed will be remedied with Heather’s involvement.

Newton Family vacation

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!

Plenty of room for 4 couples

4 couples were very comfortable with full/queens and private baths. Sitting areas accommodated us as well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds for all. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a convenient walk to the beautiful beach.

Great beach getaway

We had 2 babies, 2 kids, and 4 adults and this was a great spot! You couldn’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach, and the view itself is nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt we could truly spread out. The rental was clean. We’d stay here again!

Atlantic beach vacation 2021

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

My family had a wonderful time and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and plenty of towels/linens. Beds comfy! Property Manager, Heather, was the kindest. Check in was very easy.

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed for a weekend wedding and we had a great time at this place! The house has a ton of beds and plenty of space to get ready! It’s right by the beach and in a great location! Dealing with Heather was a pleasure as well! I would highly recommend this property!

Family friendly and great layout!

We loved our stay at Tar Landing 408! The layout was perfect for our big family group! Lots of room and space for all to relax! The condo was neat and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the swing on the deck and the view of the ocean. It is convenient to Fort Macon for fishing! We would stay here again! Heather the property manager was fantastic and on point with any help we needed!
