Great house, hospitality and service. Just came back from our week in Sa Coma. House was perfect for our family get-together to celebrate our father’s 75th birthday. 12 ppl from 3-75 years old and we all har a lovely time. Kids loved the pool and garden. We’ve had a really lovely family holiday. The property was even nicer than the photographs online.

The property is fabulous - home from home - so we’ll equipped. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ well used during our stay. Can’t fault it at all appreciated all of the little goodies / welcome pack when we arrived.

Family Fun!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We were a group of 11, aged from 6-75! We had lots of room. The pool was loved by the 5 children, and adults. We enjoyed a couple of family BBQs and found lovely restaurants and shops close by.

We (two families with kids) spent a week in the Villa Sa Coma. There was a lot of space for everyone and the indoors as well as the outdoors are very nice to spend time together or just relax. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants close by. Joan was very accommodating and helpful. We felt at home immediately.

Fantastic stay

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The property had everything we could have needed- cots, high chairs, numerous sitting areas inside and out, sunbeds and a very stocked kitchen. Couldn’t ask for more. The only thing to note- air con is only upstairs, not downstairs but it was fine because we sat outside the whole time. Thank you for such a fantastic stay.and quick response times.

We stayed for 2 weeks, start of August, and the Villa, the Location, the hosts... were all faultless. Such a wonderful, happy holiday, made so by the Vila and the hosts. There is so much space that you never feel on top of one another, and yet all 11 of us ate together outside every night. Can't recommend Sa Coma Villa, and Joan, highly enough... thank you!!

What a great holiday home in a fantastic location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were a three generation family so it was ideal for all. The gardens and outside areas were beautiful and huge, great for the children with a lovely pool which was used from morning to dusk...when we weren't at the stunning beach !!! Communication and help from the owner was so easy. We have been renting villas for years as a family and this was one of the very best. Thank you so much for our lovely holiday x

What a villa! The reviews seemed too good to be true but they are! It’s obvious the villa is well loved by the family owners by all of the small t touches. There is an abundance of useful items - toilet rolls, lots of pool towels, lots of normal towels, so many dishwasher tablets. I absolutely hate it when you go somewhere and spend a lot of money but then have to spend a small fortune on supplies! Then there’s the villa itself which is as big as it looks on the pictures and bigger! The pool is perfect, we enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, the very well-stocked kitchen. There were toys for the little ones and games for the big kids. We didn’t really want to leave but if you do venture out it’s close to the beach and a 2 minute walk to shops etc. there’s also a fab gym practically next door. We would love to come back and hope to do so again!

Fantastic Stay in Beautiful Home

My family and I (4 adults; 1 toddler and 1 baby) had a fantastic stay at this house in Sa Coma, Mallorca. The property was beautifully cleaned for our 7 night stay and the facilities were outstanding. The swimming pool was amazing, as was the outdoor area which included a bbq and seats/table for evening relaxation. The rooms were great, with air conditioning for all bedrooms and we really appreciated the washing machine/dryer. Joan was brilliant with his communication and even got us an extra fan as our children were a little hot. We are grateful for his great welcome pack too. We will definitely return!

The pictures do not do this Villa justice. Excellent accommodation with plenty of facilities. Owner had a personal issue that he had to deal with when we arrived but this did not prevent him from ensuring that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The welcome pack was most welcoming! Villa close to the beach and within easy walking of some good restaurants. The wifi is excellent. The whole family that included teenagers were very happy and had a very enjoyable holiday. Our first use of Vrbo and any concerns we may have had quickly evaporated.

We were a group of 4 couples holidaying to celebrate 3 60th birthdays. We all had a wonderful week. An absolutely beautiful villa, it is very well equipped for cooking with a lovely big dining table on the terrace for alfresco meals. The villa is very spacious with plenty of room for 8 adults. The gardens and pool area were spacious with more than enough sun loungers and places to sit and relax. We enjoyed cocktails every evening around the outdoor seating area. Maria was very welcoming and explained everything and Joan was very responsive via messages. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely consider returning here in the future.

Family Holiday For 50th Birthday Celebrations

There were 9 of us in our group ranging from 21-76 and we all loved the villa. We were allowed to check-in early as we arrived in the resort at 12.30pm.Perfect location, 5 minute walk to a stunning beach and bars, shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to a much cheaper and bigger Carrefour Supermarket than the Spar shops down the road. The villa was fantastic, 5 bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms upstairs. The entrance and staircase were amazing.The best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, there's nothing that we needed that wasn't already in the villa. Outside a good sized pool with 3 different levels, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Enough sunbeds, chairs and space for all 9 of us. Outdoor sink, shower and toilet. BBQ area. Joan, was the perfect host, and responded quickly to any queries we had. If we do a big family holiday again this would be our 1st choice. 10/10Thank you Joan for such an enjoyable stay.

Love Sa Coma - Loved this villa

We recently stayed at this villa for a two week family holiday and enjoyed both the facilities provided by the villa and its location. This is a large property with plenty of room outdoors for the energetic little ones. Upstairs the rooms are a good size, the beds comfortable and the bathroom facilities are great. Downstairs is spacious and comfortable throughout with excellent facilities. Pool was a good size, with three areas to it, which we all enjoyed on a daily basis. Location is perfect, with a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We really cannot fault this facility other than the gnats which is to be expected given the surrounding shrubbery. This villa lived up to all we expected and the owners were extremely good at addressing a couple of minor issues and were always on hand if needed. We would recommend this property.

Lovely relaxing family holiday

The villa is exactly as the listing describes and absolutely beautiful. Fantastic size for our three family holiday - 5 adults and 7 children! We had a few problems with the air conditioning which was sorted immediately. The villa is family run and Joan came and met us at the villa on two occasions which we thought was lovely. Location is fantastic, right near the beach and shops. We planned to eat out much more often than we did but we all enjoyed eating in the beautiful garden and kids loved playing in the pool until late. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area is great too. Towels and pool towels are provided as well as basic washing items. Fantastic villa would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again. Thank you Joan and family x

Wonderful holiday

We were three generations away, with the youngest being 11 months, 3 1/2 and 6 years old. Perfect place for this purpose. There were both highchairs and cot. Very presentable 30-year-old family villa with 4 large bedrooms as well as a smaller one. All with good beds. Nice Pool area and beautiful garden with an outdoor kitchen that was diligently used. Impressed well maintained. Many small Spar shops with, among other things, freshly baked bread 3 minutes’ walk from the house. 5 min by car to a very well stocked Carrefour Fine sandy beach and seafront in 5 minutes walking distance. We had a few issues which were promptly resolved by our friendly landlord. We really enjoy the stay

We have just returned from a holiday in Majorca.As a family of ten with ages ranging from 4 -76 we stayed at the Villa Sa Coma in S’Illiot.The villa is stunning and in a prime location, being only a few minutes from beach,bars and restaurants.When we arrived we were greeted by the owners father who ensured we were happy and had everything we needed.The villa is spacious inside and out with ample areas for socialising but also many comfortable quiet areas for reading or for a quiet afternoon nap! The villa is extremely well equipped with a large modern kitchen. Downstairs is also a very comfortable TV room. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and all have comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The outside, where we spent most of our time is just lovely with, again areas to socialise or sit quietly relaxing in comfortable sofas in the afternoon shade. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool which incorporates an inbuilt barbecue and a fridge. The pool itself was warm but refreshing.We can’t recommend this villa enough. There are just two things we thought would enhance the stay. The first is a pair of oven gloves and the second probably more important is non breakable tableware(eg cups,plates glasses)to use outside especially with children around.Finally, although we never met the owner,(a man called Joan ),his father met us when we arrived and on our last day he came to say goodbye with some brownies

Fantastic villa

This villa is honestly as good as all the previous reviews suggest. We were three generations, seven people in total, and we had a fantastic time. The villa is close to the beach, but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. The outside kitchen and barbeque are lovely features, as is the lounge furniture outside. To sit outside with a glass of local cava, with the children in the pool until sunset, was a beautiful and very relaxing experience (I’m missing it already writing these words!). The villa is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. There is a small supermarket a two-minute walk away, where basics can be bought. A larger supermarket is 1 km away, which is a leisurely 15-minute walk. We bought lots of fresh produce such as vegetables, fruit and fish there. We took a collapsible trolley with us, so it was an easy way to do shopping without a hire car. Bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance, but we were happy to stay at the villa. And last but not least, Joan was a wonderful host. As others have noted, the communication before and during the stay was excellent. To arrive at this beautiful villa with lots of fresh fruit provided, water and beer in the fridge, as well as the local speciality ensaimada, was a lovely touch. This villa is a must for anyone wishing to spend some quality time in Mallorca. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely go there again.
