Mahalo for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, space, and location of the home, and that our team was responsive during your stay. When the spa temperature was mentioned during your stay, our team provided guidance on the on-demand heating system and followed up to confirm whether it had resolved the issue. Since we did not receive further feedback, we understood the matter to be resolved. We’re always glad to help in real time if further assistance is needed. For clarity, pool temperature details are noted in the listing description, including complimentary heating up to 78°F with the option for additional heat for a fee. We appreciate your perspective and we’d love to welcome you back with Gather in the future.

We'd love to welcome you back with Gather whenever you're ready for another island getaway.
