Hale Laule'a Intimité, piscine, vue panoramique sur l'océan

"Tout nouveau" piscine à débordement, spa, barbecue et foyer avec nouvelle aire de lanai élargie. Vues dégagées sur l'océan et la montagne. Les photos n'ont pas été mises à jour mais seront bientôt ajoutées à la liste.

La maison dispose d'un salon avec une grande télévision 80 "HD pour se détendre après une longue journée de plaisir au soleil! Cette salle est parfaite pour se détendre, jouer à des jeux, écouter de la musique sur le système audio Bose Surround. Pouvez-vous imaginer regarder le Big Game ou un film sur cet incroyable téléviseur LED haute définition de 80 pouces?

Le paradis a juste un peu mieux car nous avons ajouté la dernière console de jeu Xbox, la Xbox One X, à notre luxueuse maison de vacances hawaïenne. La Xbox One X a été surnommée "la console la plus puissante du monde" pour le jeu et apporte un réalisme incroyable à son expérience de jeu haute définition. Encore mieux, nous avons inclus l'accès à la Xbox Game Pass (service qui offre jusqu'à 100 nouveaux jeux différents qui peuvent être joués chaque mois. Nous avons téléchargé un bon mélange de jeux pour vous aider à démarrer, mais vous êtes libre de télécharger et de jouer à l'un des jeux Xbox Game Pass quand vous le souhaitez pendant votre séjour, tout inclus dans le cadre de la location de la maison. Il y a un bon mélange de jeux pour les enfants, les adultes et toute la famille pour jouer ensemble. Ainsi, après une journée de soleil sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine, vous pourrez profiter des heures de divertissement pendant la soirée et jouer à certains des jeux les meilleurs et les plus immersifs disponibles.

Nous offrons deux Master Suites. La suite principale comprend un lit California King Tempur-Pedic, un coin salon, une télévision haute définition de 55 pouces et une douche à deux têtes avec une salle de bains principale avec 2 lavabos. Il y a une porte privée dans la salle de bain principale qui mène à la piscine. La deuxième suite dispose d'un lit Queen Size, d'un bureau et d'une baignoire et douche à jets combinés offerts dans la salle de bains de cette suite. La troisième chambre a un pic de vue sur l'océan à travers la floraison Plumeria et les arbres de noix de coco. Il a un lit Queen, un bureau / vanité et un grand placard. Juste à l'extérieur de la porte de cette chambre est une salle de bain complète. La douche de bloc de verre est très grande et spacieuse.

La quatrième chambre offre deux lits jumeaux et un espace amusant pour les enfants. Cette salle peut également servir de bureau avec un grand bureau vous donnant beaucoup d'espace pour votre travail informatique et les connexions internet wifi.

We had a great time but a good experience. The AC in the master bedroom stopped working and the pictures on VRBO do not reflect the current status on the home, which I would rate 7 out of 10. The views are beautiful.

This is a beautiful property, just as the photos indicate. It is very well appointed, from everything for the kitchen, to the beach. The location is very peaceful, which affords to enjoying the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset, and stargazing. The communication with management was very good.

If you’re looking for the best house on any of the islands of Hawaii, you’ve found it. Absolutely fantastic floor plan and you can’t beat the amazing view and pool. You will not be disappointed and the hosts truly care about your stay. If we ever make it back to Hawai, we will be booking here again.

In the last three years we have stayed at three different properties in the area and this one was particularly amazing! We look forward to returning (and have even started looking at dates). Hale Laulea is even better than the pictures. It is bright and spacious. It has great air circulation so you can open screened windows to have natural air flow without running the AC. It is well furnished, comfortable, and has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. It has a great layout that accommodates a single couple, multiple adults, and/or families for a reunion or special celebration. We loved the spectacular view and especially appreciated the heated spa. The house was clean, includes a covered carport that keeps the car cool should you decide to leave paradise for nearby beaches, historical sites, restaurants, etc. The management team staff are very friendly and responsive (e.g., replacing a randomly chirping smoke detector, sharing tips for things to do). We highly recommend this home for your next getaway (assuming it’s available).

Everything and More!

As advertised. The view and ambience is incredible- The highlight of our days was coming back here to swim and soak in the mountains and ocean views. And watch the sunset! The house is very well stocked, the care instructions are clear, and the owners are communicative if needed. It might seem far from some amenities, but not prohibitively so. We used the house as a base for exploring the island and had a wonderful stay.Thank you! We can’t wait to return!

Best views

We loved the lanai with pool and hot tub! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the weather and watching all the whales! You are not close to a lot of things so if you don’t like driving a lot this could be an issue but for us the view made up for that. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome view!

The view is incredible! So are the sunsets! The backyard is great with pool, hot tub and grill and beverage refrigerator. It was wonderful to entertain our family. We really enjoyed the home. It was perfect for our family! The kitchen is well equipped and the management was helpful and accommodating our needs! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful outdoor area, very comfortable

We are 2 families with young adult/teen kids in the mix. This property is quiet and really pretty. The sunset views are out of this world. It is a bit far (45 min-1 hr) from Kona, which is where many of the activities on this side of the island originate. About 20 min from Waimea. The managers were super nice and responsive to any issues. Would love to go back.

Comfortable perfection!

From the communication to the property and amenities, it was perfect. The moment you walk in, the cleanliness is tied for first for the first thing you notice; the other being the breathtaking view! The owners are on property and although we weren’t fortunate to meet them in person (they completely respect your privacy) they were always responsive to questions! The pictures are exactly what you get, except for the view, because it’s better! You can’t capture that in a photo! Our family of 8 adults spent the majority of time in the perfectly equipped kitchen or the expansive yard with plenty of outdoor furniture to spread out. The furniture was all clean and comfortable, not worn or mushy. The younger adults loved being able to watch tv on the large screen, or the ability to escape to their own rooms for privacy. I literally cannot think of one thing to improve on. This place will also always be special to us, as the setting by the pool was where one of our sons proposed to his long time gf. Mohala!

Unbelievably Beautiful

Unique and Stunning property. The outdoor space is magnificent and photos don't do it justice. The pool was pristine when we arrived, and the first morning after we were there the pool and gardens were cleaned and manicured again. Two in our party spent a couple of nights at one of the resorts in Waikoloa, and when they showed up at this house they were amazed. They said it had everything the resort offered... but without the crowds. This was the most responsive management I've experienced. Wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again, and the pros far outweigh any cons. There are some things to note which might make it a better fit for some groups than others: - It is in a rather rural area - to reach it, you drive through an industrial port town and then up a long narrow drive which had us wondering at first since we came in near dark. But this is an upscale area, and the next morning we realized that. And, the local eateries and shops in that industrial area were wonderful! - There is some ... "nature"... inside the house. it was absolutely immaculate and clean, but there were some tropical flying ants that were a bit surprising (totally harmless, but plentiful - might be a seasonal thing?) ... and, there are some house geckos (there is a sign inside explaining them). They were adorable and chirp like birds. Just know your group and if anyone is squeamish. (and, the other couple said the resort had them also). I'm ready to go back!! Loved it.

Wonderful, relaxing week

Our party of six loved this property. Great layout, beautiful views and it had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, it is a little away from the hustle and bustle of town, but that’s how we like it. No need to shop at Costco or Walmart, the KTA in Waimea (about a 15 minute drive) had everything we needed and was not so crowded. The family went out on a charter fishing trip right from Kawaihae Harbor and our 16 yo grandson caught a 30lb Wahoo, which was delicious for dinner that night. Another of our favorites, Spencer beach park is a short drive away. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly sorted by management. Good, fast communication from the start.

Heaven on the Big Island!

My husband and I booked this home just us for an incredible vacation. I had been to the big island resorts several times before so this time, I truly wanted a more secluded experience yet not compromise a pool and location. This home is located in a nice residential area with plenty of space as we didn’t see one neighbor during our stay. We were close enough to public beaches, good poke at the local market and we could explore all over the mountain. The bed was very comfortable, they included household products, beach towels, pool floats and all kitchen items needed to cook and grill. We were very impressed with the large refrigerator and freezer, the large TV and WiFi. We felt very safe during our stay. You will not see a better sunset or stars at night than right in this back yard. Do not hesitate and book this home. I feel like this trip was a once in a lifetime experience and I can’t wait to bring our family back one day! Mahalo

50 th Wedding Anniversary

The property was fantastic. The views are amazing. We had our 50th wedding anniversary party on the lanai were we had a private luau thanks to the property owner and the property managers Jay and Arlene who were always responsive and extremely helpful. I could not recommend Hale Laule any more highly. 5 stars is not enough.

Beautiful home

We recently stayed at Hale Laule’a with a group of 8 including our young adult children and our parents. The house layout worked very well for our extended family, with comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to share. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean; we especially appreciated how well-equipped and organized everything was. Every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen is labelled, making it easy to find things, and it was well-stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils as well as basic spices and kitchen staples. It was great to have beach towels, chairs and many other useful amenities during our stay. The lanai was beautiful, with amazing sunrise and sunset views. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and firepit during our stay. It would be a great addition to the lanai to have a few big umbrellas or a gazebo to provide some shade as there is no relief from the sun for most of the day. This property is a bit of a distance from the main resort areas—Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach are about a 20 minute drive away. Similarly, the nearest grocery stores are at least 15 minutes away so it was a bit inconvenient in that regard. However, Hale Laule’a is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area so it was a very relaxing place to unwind after a busy day at the beach or in town. We had a wonderful week at Hale Lule’a and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this beautiful home again. Mahalo!
