Sweet Apartment Ce charmant appartement se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de Campo Sant'Angelo et à 10 minutes à pied de la place Saint-Marc. L'appartement est joliment rénové, à l'intérieur d'un immeuble datant du 15ème siècle.

Télévision avec chaînes satellite L'appartement comprend une chambre double, une table à manger et une télévision par satellite à écran plat. Un coin de la pièce est occupé par la cuisine entièrement équipée, la salle de bain comprend un bidet et une cabine de douche.
Situé dans le quartier populaire de Sestiere, l'appartement se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de plusieurs lieux importants de Venise. Ceux-ci incluent le Palazzo Grassi ainsi que les théâtres Goldoni et La Fenice. De nombreux excellents restaurants et cafés sont également proposés dans les environs immédiats.

L'arrêt du ferry Sant'Angelo est à 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Santa Lucia, la gare principale de la ville, se trouve à 30 minutes en remontant le Grand Canal.

Meticulously maintained apartment situated in an area convenient to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Host Marco was attentive and very helpful with transportation and restaurant suggestions. We loved it!

The apartment was all that we hoped it would be! Great location- 3 min walk to St Angelo valporetto stop, which was convenient b/c you didn’t have to carry luggage very far (only one small bridge to cross) and for transportation to/from airport. Note- especially for the return to airport- as one of the first stops (from ‘bottom’ of canal as seen on map) you’re more likely to get on space-wise before it fills up. Quite a few people were turned away at stops we passed going up the canal bc it was full.Apartment was immaculate and well-air conditioned. It is ground floor, but you do have 3-4 stairs to reach apt door. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Location- other than the 3 min walk to the valporetto stop, less than 5 min to st marco’s square and maybe 8 to rialto bridge. Apt is on a quiet street but plenty of restaurants close by.If you’re looking for a gondola ride, at the square right by the apartment - look diagonally across and you’ll find Christian- we were very pleased with his service, very friendly and gave facts as we went along.

Great location and clean, spacious property. It was very central and easily walkable to the big sights, but also quiet. Marco was very communicative and getting checked in and out was very seamless.

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. Marco was an excellent host especially before we arrived. He provided some restaurants that were close as we were arriving very late. He was very responsive to our questions. Location was excellent and close to all the places we wanted to go.Would stay at the apartment again.

Perfect Stay- Amazing location!

My husband and I stayed at ‘Sweet Apartment’ during our time in Venice. It was perfect! Communication with Marco was excellent, location was excellent, everything was clean. The a/c worked very well, we slept very well in the bed and there was hardly any noise. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Venice!

Nicely Maintained Flat

Great location, near Grand Canal and water taxi/water bus stop. Quiet. Unit well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Mario was quick to respond to any questions and made our check-in easy. Highly recommend.

A Gem of and Apartment

Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice.

Adorable apartment on the first floor (a big plus after traveling all day). Very easy to find. Hosts were excellent to work with. Pleasantly surprised by a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend an instruction sheet for the TV. Not like we were there to watch TV but we could not figure out how to maneuver the remote and could not locate any English channels. Otherwise highly recommend this host and location!

A Sweet Experience

This apartment was ideal for our stay and exploration of Venezia! It is easy to get to via the Alilaguna from the airport or train station and a reasonable walk even with our suitcases. Marco was a delightful and responsive host and recommended what ultimately was one our favorite restaurants in Italy & Sicily; Al Gobbo. The apartment is clean, well-appointed and a convenient location to either walk or take the vaporettos around the islands! We highly recommend Marco's Sweet Apartment!

Heart of Venice

Perfect size for a couple. The air conditioning worked wonderfully during the August heat. We had all the amenities we could need within the room. The apartment is in a very quiet location but still walking distance to all the sights and a close walking distance to the ferry/taxi dock making it easy to get to and from the room with our luggage. We are grateful to Marco to his prompt communications and clear instructions.
