Only on TV in one bedroom really needs to Tvs, one in each bedroom room. Otherwise, was perfect for what we needed it for our stay in the area.

We appreciated the space for sleeping just a few things to make it more pleasant First the side gates did not close/lock giving complete access to the yard which was a concern for the safety of our young grandchildren. Second we didn’t realize that more towels were accessible in the garage so we purchased some towels Third there was no couch for gathering and hanging out Now the good …the beds and linen were very nice the space for being all together was exactly what was needed for our family that had to go back and forth to Stanford Medical Center for a family emergency there was a washer and dryer at our disposal.. very nice and a large refrigerator 2 bathrooms with shower access and air conditioning. Overall worked well for us thank you

Place was very well kept. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is providing more towels if someone is staying a week. And also checking the toilet paper. The spare one is kept under the bathroom sink and it looked like some how it got wet and started getting moldy.

I was so excited to see this location pop up in my Expedia search when we were planning a trip to California to drop our son off at college. It had enough space for the whole family to stay together and a kitchen so we could buy groceries and cook to save some cost on this trip. The positive: Enough beds to sleep the whole family, beds were comfortable. Our parking spot was available. The neighborhood was nice and easy access for travel. The negative: We were charged an additional $45 at the online check in which I felt should have been part of the initial cost when booking through Expedia. The document they sent/user agreement would not load. Dishwasher had a few inches of moldy water sitting in it. It smelled and I contacted Marbella who sent a handyman out to take measurements (we were at the unit for 6 days, they did not repair or clean it during our stay). Ants! Ants throughout the kitchen, on the counter and sink. We made them aware of this with the dishwasher email. We had throw some of the food away. Ants were also in the coffee pot and on the filters. We were gone when the handyman came, so not sure what they sprayed or where, but there were dead ants all over the sink and counter when we came back. They didn’t clean it up and the utensil storage they had sitting out was not moved, so insecticide may have made contact with them. If they sprayed in the cupboards, the dishes probably got insecticide residue on them too. I have more to say, but out of characters.

Mediocre property, potentially terrible parking

The property itself was mediocre. Not terrible, but not great. It got the job done. My main issues were around communication and parking. I received a message from the property through Hotels.com stating that I've already received the check in instructions "through the app". I hadn't received anything and I wasn't sure which app they were referring to (I checked the Hotels.com app). I called and got someone to email the check-in instructions. When I arrived, there were 2 cars parked in the driveway and 1 car parked in front of the driveway. The check-in instructions said I should park in front of the garage (but there was already a truck there). I called the property and they just kept telling me where to park and I kept saying there's already a truck there. Finally they asked me to text them photos and they'd get back to me. I did that, but didn't hear back until the next morning, and that was just to say "thanks, have a great day". I ended up spending about 30 mins looking for street parking and finally parking about a 10 minute walk from the property. The second night I had the same problem with parking, but was able to find street parking a little closer (about a 7 minute walk). There was some road construction nearby, but I couldn't hear anything from inside the property. I booked this place because I was originally attending an event with a colleague, but he ended up not going. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was desperate to find a 2 bedroom place.

Unit C was very comfortable.

It was very clean and organized. Utensils were already provided along with a coffee maker. Netflix and Amazon Prime were free and they had a single burner which allowed for me to cook. Overall, it was very comfortable and at a good location.
