Excellent stay, the chalet was more than enough room for a family of 4, the pools were so much fun, restaurant delicious and nice to have the store and Landry on site as well. Would definitely recommend !

Stay was great! Room was large and the staff was friendly! All the amenities needed at your disposal! Best if traveling with a car but there is close by public transportation and bikes for rent

Fantastic spot. Room was great with your own bathroom. Clean, tidy, comfortable, safe! Great pool, handy market and laundry, staff were very helpful. Great having bus 14 right out the front (as long as there isnt a strike!) as it takes you.into the centre. Very happy with my stay!

This is a well maintained, efficient, clean and family friendly site. Don’t be put off by its size, the facilities are excellent with 3 large pools catering for all ages. There is an excellent restaurant doing breakfast, lunch and dinner - the food is beautiful. Well stocked shop, laundry facilities and poolside bar. Campsite bus into Florence and train station nearby. We come back every year

When I booked it, I didn’t realize it was a campground, so it was a surprise when we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise for my tired children after walking all day in Rome, and enjoyed being able to go swimming. I felt absolutely safe letting my children walk down and play at the playground and wander around. If we could stay longer than one night we totally would. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially for families with children. I will come back if we are ever back in Florence.

The 14 bus took us from SMN train station to the camping site directly. Fast check in. Nice bungalow , lots of space for 2 and strong air con. The pools were very nice and usually quiet, although noisy music on Friday and Saturday. Great shop. The food by the bar was poor quality. The on site restaurant was good for pizza but I paid E14 for 3 chicken drumsticks which was crazy. The tiramisu was just cream. There is a better restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful and communicative!! The overall property felt safe which we appreciated it. It’s difficult because you are a bit further out of town and the bus isn’t terribly reliable for timing. The laundry facilities were nice to have but very expensive (€5/load)

Beware, there are two sites 20mins apart. Having travelled all day arriving at midnight to find I was in wrong place and the booking could not be transferred even though they had available rooms (just one night) was not good news. And, how much is the tourist tax?

This is a super cool place to stay outside of Florence. There is a bus stop that brings you directly to the city however we were not able to find the bus to come back, you have to take a taxi. The campsite is about an hour from the Florence airport with traffic. This is a very spacious campground with quite a walk to get from the reception to our Bungalow. We stayed in one of the bungalow's and it was the perfect size for me and my mom. The information desk was helpful in planning our travel, however, you have to make the effort to speak to them. The only complaint is it was fairly far from the city and when we had a flight cancelation there was no way to communicate with them. The call number did not work and they did not respond to any messages.

Such beautiful accomodations, very clean, everything you need. Seemed very new. Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card or cash, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything seemed to be closed by 8, store, pool, etc. That being said, the bar and restaurant were still open and the food and drink were wonderful, at least for American tourists a little bit of homestyle food, for vegetarian a very yummy burger and fries. Very convenient checkout a nice gentleman ran out for our keys and let us get on our way. Nice location, nice people, beautiful, clean and efficient! Comfortable and very modern and chic!

It wasn't breakfast included. For the amount paid, the expectation would be to have breakfast included. Food expensive, but decent taste. It was not clear from the description for an English speaking traveler that this is a camping spot. The towels were smelly. There was a wet towel already inside the bathroom on the shower flower. No space to leave that towel. The person at the reception wasn't really welcoming. We stayed at other hotels where customer service was so pleasant, cared, small things matter. I get that Italian is the first language. But most tourists are English speaking. So having details and communication in English would show that you cared.

First of all to check in you’ll have to take a number and wait in line in the sun at 37 degrees, then from the reception to the room you have to walk a very long distance, keep in mind I had my kid in her stroller plus our luggage and of course when we asked golf cart to drop us to room there’s none. The big shock was the room or studio call it whatever. One tiny Air condition in unit , so literally checked out after terrible 45 min there, at this point I didn’t care if I’ll get a refund or not , I really just wanted to get the heck out of there, forgot to tell you Mosquitos there like freaking vampires will drain your blood , the bites will turn red then after couple days it will still be aching badly and turn purple. Not worth your money

Excellent séjour ! Très bien placé, le bus a l’entrée du camping, les piscines sont top, les restaurant sympa. Il manquerait juste un peu d’animation, mais c’était vraiment un super séjour !
