Located just steps from the lake, this spacious home grants you full access to all the resort's exceptional amenities.
The condo has high ceilings and an updated yet cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances, making it perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, friendly retreats, or fishing adventures.
The prime location offers easy access to the dock, Clubhouse, pools, playground, pickleball courts, tennis courts, beach, and the Napoli at the Lake restaurant and bar and Bernie's Gift Shop.
Upon entering, you'll immediately feel a sense of peace and relaxation. With ample space for everyone, you can enjoy a range of activities—from an afternoon nap to reading a good book, playing games, watching movies, or savoring a delicious meal. The main level includes two Queen bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath. The second-floor enclosed loft features two twin beds and a private bath, opening onto a beautiful private deck for lounging.
Conveniently accessible by car or boat, you'll be close to many of Smith Mountain Lake's exceptional restaurants and shops. Just 15 minutes from grocery stores and a short 45-minute drive to Roanoke, Bedford, and Lynchburg, this condo offers both comfort and convenience in a prime location within Bernard's Landing.
House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
