Stay

Just was there was very nice everyone was very friendly. The condo was was clean with new appliances. Beds were comfy. Differently will stay there again.

Beautiful Condo & Great Customer Service

This condo was beautiful! The communication was quick and friendly. The booking process was easy. This was a perfect size condo for our family of 8. Will be booking again!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time and the condo made it even better! Plenty of room, balcony seating, parking and best of all no wait elevators!! Everything was super clean and easy access to the pool and beach! Had great and fast response time from Gerald regarding our questions!! Will definitely be staying there again!

We loved this location. It is in the quieter end of town, right by the state park. Still close to everything you need but not right in the mix of heavy traffic.The check in process is simple. The guards at the entrance are super friendly.The unit comes with beach service setup of two chairs and an umbrella. The chairs are solid wood and sturdy, attached to a small area to use for a table. The attendant is friendly and comes by occasionally to sweep the sand off the bottom of the cushion!! The kitchen has nearly every thing one would need to cook just about anything. The appliances are modern and clean. A bathroom for each bedroom was fantastic! The balcony is wonderful and large enough to accommodate your full group! Seating for everyone!!Communication from the management team was great!!

Wonderful Beachfront Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this condo right on the beach in Florida! The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the waves and that oceanfront scenery was everything we hoped for. The condo itself was perfect: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.A special shoutout to the gentleman (his name started with a J, I believe) who allowed us an early check-in—he was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. The property overall was nice, not over-the-top or lavish, but well-kept and peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

I would recommend using Itrip for your vacation rentals. We received excellent service by the property manager. He was very kind and wanted to make sure that all our expectations were met. The condo was amazing and we had a wonderful trip. The property manager was even kind enough to make sure we made it home safely. It was one of the BEST Girl's trip I have experienced. Thank you for the wonderful service and for advertising the condo exactly as it was on the website. We look forward to staying there again!

Host was great. Had a issue and it was taken care of promptly. Host had good cookware in the condo....which is a rarity normally. Beds comfortable, water was hot and shower pressure was good. We had a great time in the unit. Plus it was close to Patches and Schooner's which both have good food. Plenty of bedding for beds, towels and wash cloths, although we always bring extra for our longer stay. Full size washer and dryer was fabulous to use and easy to understand. Only complaint was the kitchen table w benches are not the most comfortable to sit for awhile. Furniture was ok in living room and about normal for condo's. We would definitely rent again as we like the location the best.
