Number One, Florence Court is a renovated mid 1930âs Art Deco classic with original period lights, fireplaces, lead light, cornice and timbers. It has been restored and refurbished with a collection of original designer furniture and artworks. This is bespoke inner Melbourne living at its best.
Located on a wide tree lined street with Melbourneâs premier park, Albert Park with itâs stunning lake at one end and Middle Park beach at the other. The apartment sits in a delightful landscaped garden with lawns and outdoor benched to enjoy the sun.
