**No A/C**
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

**No events, parties, or large gatherings**
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We loved this property! Close to dining and shops, on the bus line to get to Lionshead (where we skied). We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Vail! We came for our daughters 21st birthday and could not have had a better time! The condo was in the best location for skiing, shopping, eating, nightlife, and hiking!

Thanks for a nice Vail traip

Ellen McKibben with Vail Valley Real Estate provided nice and easy experience with accommodations. This location is close to everything, and right on the bus line. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Although very cute, the condo was a little tired and could use a bit of extra deep cleaning especially in the bathrooms. Overall we thought is was a good value for the money.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at 9 Vail Road with family. It is in the perfect location for walking around Vail and Lionshead. The condo doesn’t have air conditioning, but fans are provided. It worked perfect for us and we would highly recommend it.

Great spot in the heart of Vail - no need for a car!

Easy in and out w/ the owners, and a great home base for a week spent in Vail. Easy stroll to the slopes, stores, anything in the village, and across the street from a shuttle stop so we got a ride whenever it was too cold. See you next year!

The rental agent Ellen McKibben was a pleasure to deal with. The absence of a window in the secondary bedroom was a negative for lack of daylight to help wake up in the morning. Website amenities should note that the only coffee maker is a keurig- bring your own k-cups bc hard to buy nearby. Ellen McKibben was very helpful and accommodating to our requests for early checkin and late checkout

Great Condo!

Vail is Vail, expect to be wowed, nothing more needs to be said. The condo was better then imagined. Ellen at Vail Valley Real Estate Brokers was more than helpful. Furnishings were up to date, clean and spacious for a two BR. The deck had a nice view and the location was close to everything. The back bed room (with no windows) was perfect for sleeping, dark and quiet. I can't say enought about how wonderful our vacation was and the condo was icing on the cake.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

As my title suggests the location is fantastic! You are footsteps away form the main drag in the Village and all the conveniences that go with that. Any time spent outside of the unit was dynamite and we were not there to hang out inside the unit. The pool and hot tub were also in great shape and we enjoyed using them. That having been said, while I give the location 5 stars, I would give the unit itself 1 star. The finish out and furnishings were, at best, dated. There was no A/C (which is not uncommon) which left the Master Bedroom - the one with no windows - very stuffy and uncomfortable. The ceiling fan in the master was so out of balance we could not use it the first night driving me out to the living room sofa where I could get some air from the open screen door. The property manager did come out the next day to take a look at the ceiling fan and sort of fixed it (could use it on the "low" setting) and pointed out to us that there was another fan in the closet which we could set up. While the location could not be beat, there were units we had also looked at with more updated interiors that, were I to do it again, I would have selected and gladly paid a bit more. The photos provided were accurate but there were not shots of the bathrooms which really need some help. Just know going in....Location AWESOME, unit NEEDS UPDATING
