Really beautiful place! Parking a little tight for 3boats and 3 trucks but doable! And the view of the lake is awesome! Would definitely book again!

Our group of five fishermen found this home very nice with fully equipped kitchen, great bathrooms & towels. We used the canal to moor our two boats. Easy access to main lake.Would return in the future!

This home has all the amenities needed for your stay and the view of Lake St. Clair is spectacular. The large kitchen has about every appliance you could want, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Now, the short comings, the house needed a severe cleaning. The counter top in the kitchen and bath rooms were dirty. There were lots of spider webs in all the windows and door walls/sliders. The patio had 2-3 inch weeds growing in the patio stones. (It was fun to watch the bunny eating the weeds just outside the door.) Likewise, weeds were growing all around the house.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay enough room for two vehicles with boats and the house had all the amenities needed for our stay. Would have liked to have had a grill but the kitchen is fully stocked and a very nice stove and oven. Two bedrooms with 3 pullouts and a couple really nice couches. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful views. Home clean. Very comfortable. Roomy. The water view helps you really relax. Colors are neutrals, cream touch of tan fantastic. The place is like our Disney world for adults. Dream like. We really felt speacial to be in this home thanks a whole lot

Fun weekend spot

My husband, 10 year old son and I spent a long weekend here. It was nice to have a spot to park the boat in the protected channel. The house was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. The view from the dock on the lake was pretty great. It was a nice relaxing long weekend. We will be back next year!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing

The home was beautiful and clean. My daughter and I just needed to get away from home for some relaxation and bonding. The home has everything you need. If you want to cook, kitchen has everything. Grocery store close by. If you don't many places will deliver food. Also many close restaurants if you want to eat out. Or pickup. Beautiful views of Lake St Clair. Sunrise and sun sets amazing. We only live an hr away and will be back.

review of 2025 fishing trip

our overall stay was fantastic! the house was very nice and clean and all we could have asked for for a long weekend fishing trip. the only reason i give this a 4 out of 5 stars is from the vrbo listing i was under the impression the garage(s) would be available for parking, however upon arrival was informed that the garage wasnt allowed to be used. we still had room to park two trucks and boats but it was more of a challenge without the garage availability. other than this everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

So disappointing

We’ve been renting through VRBO for years and never have I been disappointed. This rental shows pictures of a beautiful place. However when we arrived we were surprised. There was a burn mark in living room carpet along with many carpet stains throughout. The sliding door wall screen was loose and in one bedroom there was a whole wall mirror which had big cracks. There is no manual or book of how everything works including patio shade and remote blinds. The owner closes the blinds at a certain time so we had to contact him. What do these owners do with the damage fees? The refrigerator was dirty along with the outside of the appliances and sliding glass doors. They are charging way too much for these things!
