The Neighborhood:
Positioned on the hill in Dromana you get the best of both worlds. North Facing views with sunshine in the back yard while also only being a short walk down the hill to the beach and shops. There's another set of shops and cafes at the foot of the mountain bike trails only a few hundred metres down the road. You can travel north to Mornington and Mt Martha or south to Sorrento and Portsea or further inland to the rolling hills and famous wine region. Everything is waiting for you to explore the best the peninsula has to offer.

6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
A security team patrols the area, if they are called out due to any instances of disturbances, bookings can be cancelled and/or fees may apply.
NOTE: Reservation is not 100% confirmed until guest verification process has been completed. Strict council rules apply to this listing.
