The property offers three distinct areas: the main house, a separate studio, and two additional garden-level bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There’s also a large backyard with gazebo, plenty of outdoor space, and parking for four cars.

Inside the main home, you’ll find an open kitchen and dining area, enclosed deck overlooking the trees, loft with two singles, lounge with Smart TV, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The studio provides its own living space, kitchenette, queen bedroom, ensuite and decks with lovely views, plus two more queen bedrooms on the lower level.

Please note: there is a small pond near the gazebo.

With air-conditioning in the main living area, quality linen provided and plenty of room for everyone, Valley Hideaway offers comfort, privacy and convenience—just moments from beaches, restaurants, golf, and local towns.

The fabulous Rick Stein's restaurant at Bannisters is only a short 5-minute drive away. For those wishing to tee off while on holiday, the Mollymook Golf Course is a short drive away. If you need supplies, Ulladulla boasts all the shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants you'll need and is only a 5-minute drive south. If you're after something more boutique, then the quaint little town of Milton is only a 5-minute drive north - make sure you stock up on goodies from the popular Woodstock handmade chocolate shop.
