Upon entry, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create a bright and inviting atmosphere, filled with natural light. Comfort is ensured year-round with a wall-mounted split system air conditioner and a central Coonara wood heater.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including an under-bench oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine—making meal preparation a breeze.
Designed for both comfort and style, the living area is delightfully furnished with vibrant touches and features a Smart TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix for entertainment. Both spacious bathrooms are well-appointed, with separate toilets for added convenience.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies $100.00. This allotment, although fenced, is not deemed secure.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. A Security deposit of $1000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
