Sink was clogged with gnats present, master king bed wasn’t attached to a frame so pillows( which also were terrible) kept disappearing behind the bed during sleep, and furniture on deck was badly in need of replacing. Rusted!!

Well-kept Unit at a Great Location

We enjoyed our 2-month stay at this unit, and we hope to be able to stay here again. The unit was updated, had everything we needed and was one of the nicest units we have stayed at in this area.

Mad Beach

Condo was fine. I appreciate all the security measures but it would simplify things if key cards were used. Key pad on front door wasn’t programmed right, had to wait until someone could help remotely. Pool wasn’t open. Hurricane aftermath, but 3 weeks later? More toilet paper would have been appreciated. 5 adults for a week and only two rolls. Traffic and other guests noise made it hard to sleep.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

Beautifully decorated, clean, well-appointed condo has everything you need. This was our second time staying here. Karina is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything is conveniently organized for a stress-free holiday. Sunset views can't be beat on balcony and windows. Beds are very comfortable. Beach and parking very close. Publix grocery a few minutes away. Love having Caddy's next door for food or beach drinks. Great beach bar. Beach not crowded. A+ 5 stars

Our Stay

Really nice place, it was handy. The only downer was parking. It was really close to a support beam and usually we had to maneuver around to park in the assigned spot. No big deal. Most of the time the spot next to ours was open and we just used it to get in and out of our spot. Once again it was Nice.

Stayed for two weeks loved the place .. on the beach , walking distance to restaurants and Johns Pass..Would have loved to come back but double the price same time next year... A really nice place and I do recommend as a vacation spot .

This place has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, beach towels, goggles flippers sands toys for the kids and more. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. If schedule permits we will return next year

Beautiful location!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean, spacious, close to the beach and had a great pool. The location was great - super close to restaurants, shopping and other fun things to do. Within a reasonable drive to Busch Gardens and Disney, too! We really enjoyed our time here. Our only issue was with the bedrooms. The listing states that the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, but they are in fact doubles, which made it a tight squeeze for me, my husband and our two kids all sharing that room. Everyone agreed that the beds could have been more comfortable and that dressers to store our clothes would have been great since we were staying for 2 weeks. All in all, it was a great vacation and a great condo. We would consider staying here again if we were a smaller group, so that the beds weren't an issue. Karina was a great host who answered any questions promptly. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful condo in convenient location

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo. It's ideally located right on the beach, and is close to stores and John's Pass. Parking is very close to the elevator, and since it's only on the first floor, the stairs are a quick option. The condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need. The owner is very responsive. The pool is quiet. The west view of sunsets on the corner balcony is outstanding.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo! The wrap around balcony is amazing. Host was very responsive on any questions or concerns we had. The unit had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores, shopping and food. Highligh recommend this unit. Will be staying here again for sure!

Spectacular!

If this condo is available, grab it now! Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the living room, kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for comfort. But the sweetest feature is the first floor balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! There are sliding doors into the wrap-around balcony from the living room (2) and master bedroom. You won’t be disappointed!

Great property and so close to the water.

We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk right out to water and set up great chairs for sunshine. Master bedroom mattress And view of beach was excellent. Kitchen/living room wrap around view is phenomenal. Karina was responsive to every request we had and we were able to rent a recliner since my husband had just had surgery.

Great summer vacation

This place was just as we thought it would be from the pictures. Karina was a great host and very quick to respond to messages. We had a great two week stay and would definitely stay here again. Best part was being so close to the water and seeing the sunsets right from the balcony.

Wonderful view!

The property is accurately represented. Condo was clean and had all the necessary items needed for a 2 week stay. The views are spectacular and dolphins were a regular sight from the balcony and beach!
