This spacious luxury hideaway on the outskirts of Arrowtown is perfect for a relaxing getaway enjoying a slow-paced holiday, with five bedrooms and space for up to 10 guests. With mountain views and a superb location that is walking distance to both Arrowtown's main high street and Millbrook Resort, and has convenient access to cycling trails in all directions, Villa Francesca is the perfect home for a luxury holiday exploring Arrowtown, Queenstown and the Central Otago region.
The West Wing of this private villa in Arrowtown features a large open-plan living space with a lounge area, large dining table and a modern kitchen. Simply slide open the doors and make the most of the mountain views in this generous space. An additional hidden study nook is the perfect spot to catch up on emails if you are taking a working-holiday.
The bedrooms are in the East Wing of the house. The master bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in wardrobe area and and en suite. Another three bedrooms are on this ground level and you can also find a full laundry and additional powder room, whilst the fifth bedroom is upstairs. Also upstairs is a media room with a projector screen, offering a cosy haven for nights in watching movies.
This fantastic home enjoys access to shared local facilities offering a swimming pool, gym and tennis courts and is within walking distance of Arrowtowns high-street and Millbrook resort, so guests can wander to enjoy a coffee or browse the shops. We think it is the perfect pad to hire some e-bikes for the duration of your stay, and get out onto the regions extensive network of trails, with bike trail connections directly to Frankton, Queenstown, Arthurs Point, Arrowtown and Gibbston Valley directly on your doorstep. For winter guests, the Coronet Peak access road is just 10 minutes away.
