The Space:
Welcome to The Goldmine â Your Urban Oasis of Luxury!
Immerse yourself in opulence at The Goldmine, a lavish urban retreat designed for comfort and style. Its beautifully presented interior is brimming with quality finishes and has been designed for effortless entertaining. Indoor and outdoor lines are blurred, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading out to the spa pool and vast terrace.
Bedrooms:
Retreat to decadent bedrooms featuring lavish furnishings and a luxurious atmosphere. Unwind in the lap of luxury and indulge in a restful night's sleep. Offering generous sleeping arrangements, the home has a choice of stylish bedrooms and bathrooms for guests on both levels. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, the two queen bedrooms upstairs share a family bathroom (with tub), and there is a second ensuite bedroom downstairs.

The spacious living area includes a private TV room so you can watch movies and lounge on the couch, while the sitting room opens out to the outdoor space and kitchen with designer touches so you can soak in the ambience of urban glamour while surrounded by modern comforts.
Outdoor Areas and Location:
Step into chic outdoor spaces, a private haven within the urban landscape. Enjoy moments of serenity or entertain guests in style on your exclusive terrace. The terrace offers a large dining table that seats eight people in front of a large woodburner fire and a private hot tub to the side; this area is an entertainer's dream. In addition to this, there is a private elevated space above the house that offers comfortable seating, a fire pit and a lawn perfect for lawn games that we provide.
Dive into the urban buzz with nearby attractions and activities. The Goldmine is your gateway to an indulgent blend of urban excitement and relaxation. This sun-filled home is less than a one-minute drive or 5 minute walk from the iconic gold rush centre and strolling distance to Millbrook Resort. Strike gold at the wonderful cafés and dining options nearby or book an escape at the championship golf course and a neighbouring award-winning spa. The centre of Queenstown is a beautiful 20 minute drive from the home, and Coronet Peak only 10 minutes drive to the mountains entrance.
Guest Access:
The house has a pin code to access, which we will provide you before your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Arrowtown is charming and quirky, a delightful gold rush village nestled beside the sparkling Arrow River and below magnificent peaks. Just 20 minutes from Queenstown Airport, it's the perfect place to stay while you're exploring the region. Arrowtown is a thriving community that is packed with character â as well as some of the best dining and shopping in the country. Youâll be enchanted by the heritage main street and the beautiful walking and biking trails. It's a New Zealand treasure!
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on Manse Road which is a short walk from the property.
There is also off-street and on-street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note - There are tenants that live above the garage. This does not disrupt your stay however you do need to share the driveway with them, we have nominated guest parking in front of the garage, so tenants are out of your way. The garage will have an owner's car in it, but you can still use the area for storing ski gear etc. There are two mountain bikes also for your use while you stay.
There is also a new house being built next door. So there may be construction noise and dust whilst this is being built.
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm â 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm â 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm â 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm â 7 am.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. Rebecca or Hayley will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
