There are several spaces for your group to relax, including a theater room with authentic theater-style seating and an electric fireplace to set the right atmosphere for a soothing night. The dining room and living area are the main attractions, and there's plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable, especially while meals are being prepared in the attached kitchen. The kitchen comes fully stocked, and with its stainless steel appliances and stunning granite countertops, it's sure to please the chef in everyone.

When the weather warms and the outdoors comes calling, dining al fresco is always an option. The outdoor area just off the kitchen includes riverfront seating, dining options, and a BBQ fit for a true grill master. Feel free to soak in the views in the private hot tub! During the cooler months, the sunroom allows one to absorb snow-capped ridgelines without needing gloves or boots. If you ask us, there's no better place to enjoy a freshly brewed morning coffee.

The upper portion of the home is dedicated to rest and relaxation. You will find four generously sized bedrooms, each with plenty of storage and a luxury bed to ensure the house feels as exquisite as it looks. There are three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom to choose from. One is a king ensuite that will draw extra attention, including a deluxe bathroom with everything from vaulted ceilings to a freestanding soaking tub. There is yet another sizable shared bathroom with a double vanity that can also be found upstairs for the rest of your group to delight in.

Please Note:
While this home is situated directly on the river, for the safety of our guests it does not provide direct access to the river, and no fishing is allowed at any time. Please supervise children and use caution: Rivers have swift and unpredictable currents. Great care should be taken when playing in and around these environments.
The front fenced yard is not included in this rental. There is a private attached mother-in-law that may have occupants at times. Please do not disturb them with any needs and please respect their space, as they will certainly do the same for you.

While this home does have an outdoor wood-burning fire pit, it is only available for a few months out of the year due to snow in the winter and fire risks during summer. Chelan County implements a burn ban each summer and during the ban outdoor fires are typically prohibited. Because of these factors, we are not able to guarantee nor do we list this firepit as an amenity. For the protection of the home and our community, we will restrict use when we deem conditions to be unsafe.

This home has two surveillance cameras in place on each end of the garage and those are not facing the house.

The garage is not included with this rental.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
