Thank you - I’m very grateful for your positive words and I can address the other items: Once notified the oven was slow to heat, we immediately ordered a replacement by boat (stores don't stock these on island) so we couldn't replace immediately. It's since been replaced. I’m sad to hear a chef got plastic on the food. We do wish they had used more discretion to be more gentle or use a different cutting surface. We keep extra supplies in the basement, and if we'd known in the moment rather than after, we would have swapped them right away. We'll have the team replace these. I’m glad the team made it right with the towels. We stock homes based on the guest count in the reservation, and your trip had more guests than reported. We'll instruct the team to leave extra towels for future bookings to avoid this happening. As for the visit: You requested that the AC be looked at and my understanding is the team notified you that an AC repair had been called, but he showed up later than expected. For context: a mass brown-out on the island created high demand for AC repairmen across a large number of villas, with some crews working until 3am to support guests. We send teams immediately when available (to ensure guest comfort). Rest assured that Exuma is extremely safe and you were in no danger. We're grateful for how hard our service providers work to serve the island. We'll reiterate best practices with them for late-night calls. We hope to have you back in paradise soon!
