Pantry & Essentials: To make your stay easier, the apartment is stocked with a thoughtful supply of basics including salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee pods, a variety of teas, napkins, cling wrap, and alfoil. No last-minute runs to the shops as you’ll have what you need to settle in straight away.
Guest Experience: At GC Getaways, we go above and beyond to make your stay effortless. Unlike many rentals, you won’t run out of essentials we stock generous supplies of toiletries, cleaning products, and pantry basics so you can relax from the moment you arrive.
Important Notes: Online check-in form: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, our compliance requires the Online Check-in Form to be completed, including a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. Airbnb guests can send a copy of their identification via a booking message. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
This is a strictly non-smoking building, including balconies and common areas.
Cancellation policy: The booking is fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival, and 50% refundable until 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%
Check-in: On the day of your arrival and once your apartment is ready, we will send you a link which includes directions to the Friendly Grocer and a collection code to show the cashier. They will give you 1 set of keys, and the other set will be on the kitchen bench. Please note: Until we have sent you the link to the key collection code, you will be unable to collect the keys. Your keys are collected from Friendly Grocer Broadbeach, located just a 7-minute walk from your apartment. If you’re arriving by taxi or Uber, your driver can easily stop at the store on the way to the building.

Other things to note: This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the building's facilities.
Construction As Broadbeach continues to develop, there may be occasional construction noise from nearby projects, including the closest site on Mary Avenue. Works typically occur during standard daytime construction hours, and most guests find it only mildly noticeable.
House rules: No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost set of keys.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.
Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

Unit was beautiful, great views, clean, little extras added by GC Getaways a nice touch. Out of thie booking agents control was the communal spa, which we found to be a bit dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! The accommodation was excellent, and everything was well-maintained and super comfortable. What truly stood out was the amazing service from the property manage, Steve, so helpful and responsive to all our questions. They made the experience seamless and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast!

Perfect accom for family of 3.
We had an absolute amazing stay at your apartment. The room was great, especially all the included amenities like bath and beach towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash etc and complementary snacks and all the cooking basics. Communication was top notch, and we really appreciated the mid week clean and sheet change. We will definitely be booking again in the future and will be highly recommending the property to friends and family

EVERYTHING & MORE
Perfection in every detail. Nothing was overlooked. So much was provided including welcome snacks, coffe machne and pods, cotton buds and pads, umbrellas, games, pool towels..... Indoor pool, spa, sauna and steam room were ideal after a busy day. The location was great - across the road from Pacific Fair and a couple of blocks from multiple cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. Trams and buses are at the doorstep. Steve was a fabulous host and promptly replied to all messages. Would highly recommend this apartment.
