Spanning an impressive 134sqm, this luxurious and spacious retreat offers the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience. Just minutes from the beach, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, city skyline, and hinterland perfect for an unforgettable getaway.
The space
As soon as you step, you'll be impressed by the elegant and modern decor, with sleek furnishings and stylish accents throughout. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day, with a comfortable King Living sofa and a large flat-screen Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, with a range of modern appliances and ample bench space. The dining area is ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends, with stunning views of the ocean, city and hinterland beyond.
Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with standalone bathtub and walk in shower, while the second bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom.
Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the stunning views of the ocean and Gold Coast skyline. This is the perfect place to sit back with a drink and watch the world go by.
Our holiday unit also includes a range of amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. These include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and free secure parking for one car.

On the day of your arrival and once your apartment is ready, we will send you a link which includes directions to the Friendly Grocer and a collection code to show the cashier. They will give you 1 set of keys and the other set will be on the kitchen bench. Please note: Until we have send you the link to the key collection code, you will be unable to collect the keys.
You will then be able to collect the keys from the Friendly Grocer at 2719 Gold Coast Highway Broadbeach. The supermarket also has a good selection of groceries in case you need anything. The Friendly Grocer is about a 7-10 min walk from your apartment or a short drive and is open until midnight, so please ensure you collect the keys prior to 11pm.
The Friendly Grocer is open from 6am to 11pm 7 days a week. Check-in outside of these times is not available.
Note: the green Key Nest tag is only used for key collection. Use the other fob to access the building and lifts.
Address: Unit 22803/21 Elizabeth Avenue Broadbeach (Tower 2, level 28, unit 2803) The building is “Oracle Tower 2” and includes Peppers.
There is one secured car space included with the apartment. The height limit for the car park is 2.2m.
Building entry:
Carpark: The Tower 2 lifts are the lifts closest to the car space.
Street: Access the building via the main entrance at 21 Elizabeth Avenue.
Swipe the blue fob to access level 28.

This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities. The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!
