The property is dated, but right on the beach with a beautiful view. The condo slept eight but had only 7 plates and six chairs for eating. When the 8 of us ate together we had to turn two arm chairs around. Kitchen tools sparse. It needs a while restocking. The resort itself also disappointed. The lazy River was closed 3 of the four days and the heated pool was closed all four days. The Hottub was closed one full day. Again the beach is at your doorstep and the location was very good. All in all we were disappointed with our stay.

We were here for spring break. It was in a great location, close to lots of things to do. The condo itself was pretty clean the hallways and parking left something to be desired. Access to the beach was great. The employees were very helpful. We had an issue with the hot water that was resolved fairly quickly. We were very glad our week wasn’t during most schools spring break as the place was packed on our last night. There was tons of noise in the hallway and pool below our balcony well after midnight. All in all it was a great time with only a few minor issues.

Had to supply my own trash bags, dirt and dust under everything. Almost had to supply my own toilet paper. Maintenance came into the room unannounced thankfully no one was in the room at the time of occurrence. Received the room half and hour late, had to reach out to them questioning it and received it within minutes after asking.

Great time in the sun in Myrtle beach

property is well kept and the dual pools and lazy river are excellent. Great location on the beach. Close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had a lot of space for relaxing and enjoying our time on the balcony.

It was disappointing to find out there was no longer rooftop putt putt (as pictured). The slide was closed all week and various pools were closed throughout our stay. We understand maintenance must happen, but if there was any knowledge that this might be happening it might have been helpful to know prior to our stay.

Location was great. The place could use a little TLC. Has issues with the lock on the front entry the last day we were there, but they were there within an hour and replaced it. The facility in the build was not as update as we expected.

First Time to Myrtle Beach

Great first time experience in Myrtle! Grand Cayman resort was perfect for our family (two adults, 13yo and 10yo). We rented a three bedroom unit. It was clean, stocked with all necessary kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils etc..) and appropriate amount of linens and towels. Pool areas are clean. Beach was beautiful. It was spring break and although there were teens (it looked like several baseball and softball teams) the resort maintained its family friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!!!

The beach was fine but I found the chairs rental expensive for the quality.The pool deck is missing umbrellas and the pools better maintenance and cleaning. Also the property should have a better system to dispose the trash. The guests have to go all the way down to the garage level1 to dispose it, no pleasant experience. All floors should have a trash chute
