This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is bright, airy and beautifully decorated with your family in mind. You are sure to enjoy picture perfect ocean views from the living room, dining area & master suite in addition to the unit's private balcony. Located on the 22nd floor, there is no need to worry about noise from overhead. Beach Colony Resort is situated on a less crowded stretch of beach to allow for downtime, but yet only minutes away from all of the attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer.

In addition to being ideally located, the resort offers multiple perks making it unnecessary to ever leave the property! Amenities include a restaurant, a full service bar and an ice cream shop. After indulging in delicious food and drinks, guests choosing to spend their vacation in "Nana's Fun House" can enjoy indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, an arcade and a racquetball court.

Living Area
The well appointed living area is equipped with 2 comfy armchairs, a sleeper sofa and a 52" flat screen TV with DVD player, alongside a large set of sliding doors showcasing a remarkable view of the Atlantic. Books, games & toys are on hand to keep everyone happy!

Kitchen & Dining
The well equipped kitchen makes cooking easier. A full set of appliances accompanies utensils and gadgets to prepare any type of meal. A lovely new dining set seats 6 while the matching bar stools seat 2. Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent are on hand.

Bedrooms
The very spacious Master Suite provides ocean views with easy access to the balcony. This bedroom has plenty of storage space and its own full bathroom. With linens included, there is less to have to pack for your trip! Guests enjoy the King sized bed and TV with accompanying DVD player after a long day at the beach.

Two other bedrooms provide guests with more sleeping space. One room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, has its own TV and provides access to the full guest bathroom.

The other bedroom has 2 Twin beds with ocean views and its own TV.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms with both a tub & shower offer ample cabinet space. "Starter" rolls (2 per bathroom) of toilet paper, towels & washcloths along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash are offered to you and your family. Both bathrooms come with mounted hairdryers.

Laundry
A stackable washer & dryer, ironing board & iron are all available inside the condo for guest use. Laundry pods are provided.

Great view and great beach access

The location was fantastic. Great view from the balcony, the kitchen was a little tight for more than a couple of people in it. Washer and dryer was great to have it in the condo. I would defiantly stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach with are family.

Overall it was a great experience. The biggest complaint that we have is that the parking garage really sucks. We drove a tahoe and a silverado there. The garage will only fit those vehicles on the 1st floor and that floor has limited space. We did not know this bit of information until we arrived

Everything was perfect except for the loud blaring of a DJ or whatever he was at the resort next door. Our entire Saturday afternoon and evening were ruined.

This property was Amazing. The only thing I can really ding this place on is the parking garage. It's very tight. Checking in- very easy Cleanliness-great Security- wonderful and friendly. I felt very safe Maintenance- quick and efficient Pools and grounds- upkeep was great Room- very well stocked, toys, kitchen.etc Last but not least........ The View..... Was immaculate. Being on the 22nd floor. You could see myrtle for miles. The sky wheel, wonder works(Broadway), top golf. Just absolutely amazing.

Fun in the sun

Nice get away with the family. First time to Myrtle Beach.. Condo was nice and the manager was easy to work with and very responsive to emails I would recommend to visit from May on. We went at the end of March beginning of April. the weather was warm the first few days than it was rather chilly and rainy. We will be back just later on in the year.

Everything as advertised; beautiful views from 22nd floor.

There were 4 of us; seniors who enjoyed coffee on deck while watching the ocean. 2 21 year olds that liked the racket ball court and pools. All of us enjoyed having our own bedrooms. Condo is beautiful, views are impressive. No complaints here-totally enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

Cozy apartment. Plenty of towels and extra supplies. We loved the oceanfront view. Lazy river was fun. We also utilize the jacuzzi and the pool. Apartment was clean. Everything was as listed. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Bachelorette on the balcony

Our stay at Nana’s was the easiest VRBO experience ever! The checkin process and communication was wonderful. Responses always came in quickly and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 6 ladies, no one felt on top of each other. Due to house keeping, the number of towels was limited but, there was detergent to do a load which made life easier for us. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had the basics, AC was cold, and the water stayed hot for each of us to shower! The restaurant/bar downstairs came in handy for days we didn’t want to leave the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas right outside the beach access you can rent if you don’t want to lug anything down. The parking garage is tight, but I have a big SUV and if you go slow it’s fine!

Myrtle beach stay July 2023

Nana’s Playhouse was exactly as described and depicted in the photos! We were in town primarily for baseball tournaments but also enjoyed vacation time as well. The proximity to the ballfields is less than 10-12 mins and equally as convenient to and from the airport! There were 7 of us staying for 8 days over the week of July 4th and the space was perfect for our needs and had all the comforts of home that made our stay very comfortable! The location to the beach was perfect and it is close to anything else we would have wanted or needed to do. Being on the 22nd floor made for a great view!! Our host was quick to respond to any questions I asked her during the entire process! I would highly recommend and would consider staying again if we ever come back to the North Myrtle Beach area!

Wonderful!

Nana’s was amazing! The condo is on the top floor and the views are amazing. The condo has plenty of space (we had 7) for everyone. The condo was stocked with just about everything we needed. The resort has nice pools the on site restaurant had good service and food. It it a quieter section north of the boardwalk so we were always able to find a spot on the beach which was conveniently a short walk across the sand from the resort. The resort is a little dated and in need of some updates but we saw people constantly working and cleaning. The ONLY downfalls were the sometimes long elevator waits and the parking garage. The ramp is small and narrow and congested at times. You need to be an excellent driver and skilled parker in there! Do not bring an oversized vehicle with a roof rack! This did not detract from our stay and had nothing to do with the condo but future renters should be warned. Overall we had a fantastic week and would highly recommend to anyone! This was our first trip to the area and it was wonderful.

Fabulous vacay spot!

Our family has stayed at this complex 3 times, twice in this unit. We LOVE both the condo and the complex. The condo is beautiful, with gorgeous views. It is well stocked, even down to beach chairs and an umbrella. No $45/day rental for them on the beach! Each room is beautifully furnished and decorated. The balcony has tables and chairs-a facoyplace of mine to enjoy the views and beach activity. The pools, hot tub, lazy mans river, Cornhole, hammocks, and of course the beach are well maintained and clean. Our family had 3 generations staying at their complex and we will surely be back-hopefully to Nana's Fun house!

Great Place For A Family Vacation!

My family and I had the most amazing time at Nana's Fun House! From the gorgeous ocean front views, to the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and all around amenities available to us...this by far was a 5 Star Experience. The host thought of everything one might need for a "Home Away From Home Stay"....down to the beach seating and toys one would otherwise have to rent or have a reservation for. Communication from the host was friendly and prompt, assuring us she was just a call or text away for anything we might need or have questions about. Being a Realtor...customer service, location, size, accessibility, and providing an environment that allows families to create memorable experiences are huge & Nana's Fun House checked all of those boxes. When you stay, be sure to leave a seashell and a note in the book on the credenza for Nana! That to me is a nice touch further supporting a connection for visitors with the space and each other, creating overall positive energy for all to enjoy during their stay and long afterwards. We'll for sure be back to visit! Thank You for your superb hospitality!
