Le Zarka is a Little Home Box in the wilderness where the soul finds its natural habitat. Discover Le Zarka, this unique and peaceful cottage in the Laurentides region throughout all four seasons. Fulfill your vacation with the most breathtaking surrounding tourist activities that will make your stay memorable.

THE SPACE
This cottage has only one floor. It includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom which includes the laundry room. You can park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

The kitchen is well-equipped to allow you to prepare your delicious meals. There is a dining room and a kitchen island where you can enjoy your meals also.

The living room has a marvelous sofa that allows you to configure the backrest or simply just make it into a one person sofa bed.

There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and the other one has a queen size bed, both with firm mattresses. The 2 bedrooms also have curtains that can obstruct daylight.

In the bathroom, you will find the washer and dryer where you can do your laundry. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Outside the cottage, you will find a BBQ, a large dining table, the hot tub and the campfire. There is also a large field where you can do group activities. Enjoy the hot tub in both summer and winter, marvel at the beautiful stars on your lovely evenings or simply relax by the campfire.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house, both inside and outside, while respecting the neighborhood.

PETS
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. However, pets are not allowed on the couch or beds. Please note that the property is not fenced. This cottage is not pet-equipped, so please plan to bring your own pet supplies. Any damages will be at your expense.

INCLUDED SERVICES
Heating, air conditioning, electricity, and propane gas (for fireplace and barbecue) are included in the rental. There is a 65" Smart TV (no streaming service included) and unlimited 400 Mbps Internet is provided. No refunds or compensation will be given for service interruptions.

PARKING & SNOW REMOVAL
You can park up to 4 cars. During winter, there is a snow removal service. You will also have 2 shovels available at the entrance of the cottage.

STORAGE ROOM
There is a central vacuum, 2 brooms, and a Swiffer WetJet. The iron and a small ironing board are available for your use in the storage room.

BATHROOM
Shower and spa towels, face cloths, and hand towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom, with detergent and fabric softener provided.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom includes 3 sets of sheets, 4 pillows, and 2 blankets: one down and feather (for cooler temperatures) and one polyester (for warmer temperatures). All pillows and mattresses are equipped with pillow protectors and mattress protectors.

KITCHEN
There are large and small plates, bowls, glasses, cups, wine glasses, utensils and steak knives, cooking utensils, kitchen knives, cutting boards, strainers, metal mixing bowls, and placemats. There are also pots, pans, baking sheets and muffin pans, a multifunctional coffee maker (K-cup, Pods, instant, ground coffee), a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. Dishwashing detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided.
