The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the LOWER LEVEL. The LOWER level of the home has it's own private entrance

- PARKING: There is only one vehicle parking at the property. If you have more than one vehicle please make sure to not block the path to avoid disturbing neighbors. You must park the other vehicle at the visitors parking area which is a short walk away from the property! Any disturbance to neighbors caused due to parking on the path will cause you to be penalized.

- There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please.

- No shoes in the house
- No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
- No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
- Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
- There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
- There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE. THE GARBAGE BINS ARE IN THE COMMON AREA OF THE COMPLEX WHERE ALL THE COLLECTIVE BINS ARE PLACED:

Amazing stay at La Bête - Mt. Tremblant- Feb 25- Mar 2 2024

Our stay at La Bête - Mt. Tremblant Thanks so much for hosting us Instant suites via VRBO! We loved the property that we rented so very much. A huge thank you for accommodating us an additional night as we didn’t want to leave, it was so comfortable ,and we wanted to snowboard another day due to some warm weather. Yes we even extended our stay an additional night! The property is a lovely one queen bed with closets etc, full living room space and large couch with gas fireplace, Internet TV, as well as a full cooking kitchen and dining table, and parking. We also loved the lovely bathroom super clean and with a shower/ tub…. Tub for relaxing after a hard day skiing or snowboarding. There is so much to do when staying at this property. We even went snowshoeing right out of our backyard on the golf course. Be kind and follow the cart path. Activities for us included in our week: Snowboarding at Mt.Tremblant only about a 12-15 mins drive, Dog sledding, 2 location 5 mins or 45 depending on weather, and snowshoeing, right out your back door. St. Jovite within 8 mins to the SAQ and Metro for groceries. We absolutely loved the location and will be back again. The check in and check out process was very easy and any questions we had were answered immediately via the app. We had a really great incredible vacation and highly recommended this property for an active couple as there a lot of things to do. 5 Stars for us on this property. Beautiful.

Dont stay if you want to sleep

Condo is poorly built! No sound insulation between floors. If someome dropped a dime above you would here every bounce in unit below. Tenants above were not loud but were up just walking around until 5 AM no one slept, uncluding the most sound sleeper i know. He got spurts of 15 minutes sleep. I got no sleep. Ruined skiing the next day. Pull out the dry wall ceiling in basement apartment put in sound installation or sell it and build one properly

Cozy, Close to Tremblant

Great place for us during MLK weekend. Comfortable bed and pullout. Kitchen has all you might need. It snowed lots so there was lots of amazing skiing to be done. But this place has a DYI approach for guests - so snow also means shoveling the walkway and around your car…tho a snowplow did clear parking spot.
