Welcome to Snowbell, Jindabyne! This beautifully appointed, fully detached four-bedroom home, constructed in mid-2024, accommodates up to 10 guests. Nestled in the heart of Jindabyne, it's just a 10-15 minute walk from the renowned Jindabyne Brewery and the main shopping area at Nuggets Crossing, which offers restaurants, cafes, snow rentals, and more. Snowbell is also a scenic 30-45 minute drive to the world-class Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts.
Enjoy privacy and seclusion with stunning mountain views from the elevated block. Inside, the home boasts two TVs: a 75-inch TV with surround sound in the cosy lounge, and a second TV in the kids' room, which also features board games and a Nintendo console. The fully equipped modern kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, ice maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, and a dishwasher. There's also a convenient study nook/office, a dining area that seats 6-8, and a breakfast bar that seats 4-6. The main bathroom features an impressive stone bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
Savour meals on the covered balcony with a BBQ while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The lower outdoor deck offers bench seating, a table, and a fire pit with provided firewood. A Nespresso machine is available to get your coffee fix. Enjoy WiFi throughout the home.

Welcome to Jindabyne! Weâre May and Robin, your hosts whoâve called this adventure paradise home for a decade. We love snowsports, mountain biking, fishing, and camping with our golden retriever and teenage daughter. May works for National Parks and Wildlife Service, while Robin is a project manager. Our newly built guest house is our passion project, and we canât wait to share it with you. Come see the best of Jindabyne and make some memories!

Our neighbourhood in Jindabyne is packed with activities for everyone. Just a short 10-minute walk from our place, youâll find the Jindabyne Brewery â perfect for a relaxed evening with great beer. For shopping, head to Nuggets Crossing, only a 10-minute walk away, where you can find everything from groceries to outdoor gear and equipment rentals. There are a selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from too.
In the warmer months, mountain biking is a favourite activity with trails around Lake Jindabyne and the nearby Thredbo Mountain Bike Park. The lake itself is fantastic for fishing, swimming, and boating, as well as many great walking trails around. There's also a local skate park that's always buzzing with energy. Hiking enthusiasts will love the trek to Mount Kosciuszko's peak, offering breathtaking views and an adventure.
You can take the ski lift from the ground, and hike the rest of the way to the peak.
When winter rolls around, weâre just a scenic half-hour drive from the Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts, offering some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the region.
