If you are looking for total privacy in the heart of the County, you have found it! Woodlands offers you almost 4 acres of land, beautiful bungalow with 2000sq feet of living space upstairs, 2000sq feet of a walkout basement, and a large outdoor pool.

The space
If you are looking for total privacy in the County and an entertainment experience, Woodlands is the right place for you. We are located in the heart of Prince Edward County, 5 min to downtown Picton,15 mins to Sandbanks (2 season passes included), 15 mins to Wellington, and close to all the wineries, breweries, and wine tours.

SPACE:
Very thoughtfully renovated, cozy, and inviting. Lots of room to be social and enjoy time together, while also having space for privacy and relaxation.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with new white countertops. Most appliances are new, including an induction cooktop and a beautiful live edge table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, plates, pots, pans, wine glasses, and spices. You can create many delicious meals in a fantastic and large space.

LIVING ROOM
Grab a seat and watch your favorite show on Netflix or Prime, watch the sunset, watch nature, or have a conversation by a beautiful new fireplace.

BEDROOMS
4 bedrooms - 3 on main floor: 1st bedroom is an ensuite with a king bed and private bathroom, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds - one with 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. Basement - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, that also leads out to the pool. The beds are all new and comfy.

BATHROOMS
3.5 bathrooms - Upstairs - 1 ensuite, 1 main bathroom, 1 main powder room, and 1 bathroom in the basement. The bathroom in the basement can make noises occasionally after flushing, but nothing that will distract from an overall beautiful experience.

BASEMENT
Movie room with a projector, ping pong table and arcade with 3000+ games. A dining table to accommodate up to 10 people and a feature wall to take all your selfies to memorize all your favorite moments at Woodlands.

SUNROOM
Enjoy yoga, meditation, have your coffee or play games in this beautiful space. Plenty of sitting for you and your guests - a warm, breezy space with lots of sunlight.

OUTDOOR
Almost 4 acres to your disposal. Large pool with loungers and sitting area. Badminton, basketball, volleyball, plastic ax throwing, disc golf, and more!

ENTERTAINMENT
Between the many outdoor activities, ping pong, arcade unit, various board and card games (including Dutch Blitz and a poker set), 100” projector, and more, there is plenty to keep you busy, inside and out!

We are on a septic tank and we kindly ask all our guests to help us care for the infrastructure by only flushing natural waste and disposing of liquids only in the kitchen sink. The grounds are also going through some changes and will be done by fall, so please respect the space in the interim. The Wifi is the best available in the county, but can have outages, so please be aware that there may be sudden drops. It always comes back and they don’t last for more than a few minutes! We do have some security cameras on the premises to protect our guests and the space. We thank you for your understanding.
