3 Bedroom - 1 Full Bathroom house with a private back yard that sleeps 6. 2.7 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.



The Space:

Permit # 16

This newly renovated house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a family or small group. The back yard w/picnic table sits in a private setting off of Academy Street. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room area (eat in living room), cozy living room w/50" smart TV and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor has 2 separate sleeping areas each with a desk, dresser, tv, nightstand and full bed. Washer/dryer in the basement. 40-50" smart TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the high speed internet (500 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Decent unit, but the surrounding neighborhood needs work

This unit was booked for my wife and mother while my son and I played/stayed at ASV. Upon arrival and exploration of the surrounding neighbor, my family did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and relocated to a hotel. The interior does match its VRBO description. It was clean. Communication was good. Solid chance everything would have been fine but they felt like they could sleep better elsewhere.
