63 Church Street Located in center city Oneonta NY
This recently refurbished duplex is located in center city Oneonta. You can walk to downtown and explore our local eateries and taverns as well as shop. Also conveniently located within 4 miles of the Cooperstown All Star Village and 25 miles from the Cooperstown Dream Park.
We came for Cooperstown all star village and our stay was as expected. The location was very convenient to the fields and the town. The host was very quick to respond and address the questions or issues that came up. The tv isnât great but the WiFi was . The beds were just ok and the water pressure isnât ideal but the kitchen had everything we needed minus a dishwasher and overall we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if you are ok with no frills. Thanks!
This was a convenient clean place to stay while watching baseball at Cooperstown Allstar Village. Full kitchen, comfortable beds and good location. Couches in living room could be better but overall great place to stay.
We enjoyed being close to downtown Oneonta and the Cooperstown All-Star Village. Also, Sean was very accommodating and was prompt with his responses to any inquiries. The only room for improvement is the floors and front deck were both dirty.
House was very close to All Star Village. House was clean. Accommodations were minimal. Beds and couches were aged. TV was challenging to work. However, very close to downtown. Walkable area and again super close to All Star Village so you could go back and forth in less than 10 min.
This house is very convenient to Oneonta and Cooperstown All Star Village. It seems to be college housing and reminds me of my college apartment. The beds were comfortable, albeit lumpy. The window coverings did not keep the early morning sun out. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable (worn/sloping). The water pressure in the showers was pretty bad. However, the house was clean and convenient.
The check in and out process was extremely easy. The apt was clean and exactly as stated online.
My only suggestion would be to have another key. Adults doing different things at different times, made it difficult with only 1 key. Other than that, it was great for our week in Cooperstown.
