The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and modern three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Phoenix, AZ. Each bedroom features a comfy king bed, closet, and bedside lamps for your convenience. 5 Smart TVs are available for your use throughout the home.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware, perfect for preparing meals. Relax in the spacious living room, which offers ample seating, a 75-inch Smart TV, a pool table, and a poker table.

For entertainment, the game room features a seating area, Smart TV, ping pong table, and shuffle board. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi up to 480 Mbps. This home comes with Youtube TV which includes the MLB baseball package available in 2025.

The home is equipped with central AC and heating to keep you comfortable year-round.

Enjoy the full bathrooms with provided towels and soaps, take advantage of the in-unit washer/dryer, and ironing station.

Outside, the patio includes a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area that seats 10, perfect for alfresco meals. Unwind by the firepit or lounge by the pool with sun loungers. Additional outdoor amenities include a multi jet/high powered hot tub and a cornhole game. The driveway accommodates up to 4 covered parking spaces. Our home is the perfect retreat for relaxation and entertainment, providing all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence with the exception of the garage which was converted into a game room. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING inside.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

For HOT TUB USAGE, Quiet Hours are observed from Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM to 9 AM, and on weekends from 12 AM to 9 AM. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE HOT TUB DURING THESE HOURS TO ENSURE A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 2 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the dumpster in the back alley.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
