Introducing a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome within walking distance
to the Village, only a few steps away to the Free Shuttle and more. You can go
anywhere very easily whether it's to town, to hit the slopes, a night out. or
to your favorite shop with the convenient free shuttle Bus Stop #80 that's
only steps away from the home. The spacious layout and two story floor plan
allows a very roomy feeling and comfortably sleeps 7-8. The open plan features
a living room and dining room that overlooks an expansive deck, where you can
enjoy outdoor dining to soak in the quiet forest setting and mountain views.
The living room offers a pellet stove, and you can gather around the large
flatscreen smart TV (no cable, streaming only) or enjoy family game night with
a variety of games available. The kitchen with stone counters is fully stocked
with everything needed to prepare meals, and the spacious island offers a
social open flow making it easier for family gatherings and meals. The dining
space offers seating for 8 with additional bar stool seating for 2 at the
kitchen island, and the outdoor furniture (Summer only) offers seating for 8,
with a table top BBQ for grilling. On the entry level there is a spacious
mudroom entry way to store all of your gear, plus two bedrooms and two full
baths. Bedroom one features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV with Roku and an
adjacent bathroom with shower. Bedroom two features three Twin beds, a
flatscreen TV with Roku and a shared full bathroom accessed from the hallway
featuring a tub/shower combo, and stacked private washer / dryer. On the upper
level, the third bedroom features a King bed with flatscreen TV with Roku,
ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The Lakeview
Villas complex offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor
hot tub that is open year-round and a recreation room with games, Foosball,
ping pong and a pool table. All guests receive complimentary full access to
Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,
steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
Guests will be provided two outdoor parking passes. If more parking is
required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative
options. Our calendar is updated in real time. This unit is non-smoking and
