Pour une grande sensation de montagne, cette maison de ville de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains à Mammoth Lakes en Californie sera votre choix! Ce condo de 1600 pieds carrés est équipé d'une cuisine complète, d'un coin repas, d'une terrasse avec barbecue à gaz, d'un poêle à bois confortable et d'un accès Internet sans fil. Le salon propose une grande télévision 4K à écran plat avec accès aux chaînes de télévision Netflix et Premium, des canapés en cuir, et la grande terrasse donne sur un cadre agréable de type parc avec vue sur les sommets des montagnes. Parfait pour les enfants à jouer ou à promener des chiens en été! Deux des chambres ont même des ponts menant à ce domaine.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King et d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre a un lit King, ainsi qu'un lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat, une vanité avec lavabo et une terrasse privée. La troisième chambre a un lit Queen, ainsi qu'un lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et une terrasse privée.

Le complexe Villa De Los Pinos est situé sur la navette Red Line et à distance de marche du centre commercial Vons, des restaurants, du cinéma, du parc et de l'aire de jeux de Mammoth Creek, des sentiers pédestres, de Starbucks et même de la nouvelle piste de bowling avec simulateur de golf. Tous les clients du Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations, y compris la piscine intérieure chauffée, le hammam / sauna, le centre de fitness complet, le yoga, le pilates et le studio de vélo et plus encore. Comfortable and Good Location

We wanted a clean and well located place to stay with our two teenaged kids for a snowboard trip and this place worked perfectly. Located right near downtown, it was easy to get to any number of restaurants or the grocery store in just a couple minutes. Also, the pet friendly rule at this complex really helped because we were able to bring our dog who kept my wife company during the day while me and the kids were snowboarding. The condo was clean and very comfortable which is important after long days on the mountain. We had one small issue with the oven getting an error code, but the property manager was back in touch right away. We’d love to rent here again

Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had all the amenities we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants and also bowling and ice skating.

Refreshing

My group consists of 5 adults and 1 dog . We all enjoyed our weekend trip. This VRBO place is well-stocked for our basic needs. I especially like the nice and warm/hot shower . Thank you for this . The area is quiet and peaceful, closed to town .

Great Time in the Snow

We were a group of 6 Adults and 1 child, and had a nice time all together in one location. The cabin had old school charm with a rustic vibe and comfortable cozy feel. Yes it isn't an updated townhome, but it completely worked for us. Suggestion for people renting...Bring your own pillows. When arriving turn ALL the heating thermostats ALL the way up..it will eventually get warm and it stayed fine thru the whole stay. Bring kindling for fire. Cabin had big logs but nothing to help get it started. Finally one peave...almost all of the electric outlets need replacing. They will not hold something plugged into them. Plugs/cords easily fall out. Bring a handful of the little plug extenders, so you can bend out the prongs on the extender to hold on to the cabin plug (without bending the prongs on your nice apple products).

Always love Villa de Los Pinos

First time we have stayed in this pet-friendly unit. It was super convenient to everything (we tried to learn pickle ball on the tennis courts even!). Quiet unit in the back away from the road. Good parking. I have to say the VdlP pool was freezing. So glad they upgraded the hot tub area during covid. Looks nice. Also, I wish the condos would all upgrade and add Air conditioning. One reason I love staying there is that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay cool all day. Must not be so great in January tho... Had to look around to find the microwave. Very cleverly stored behind a barn-door- opening cabinet.

Green space behind the house, bed for everyone. The place was as described. The place is a bit outdated but, that did not stop us from having a good time! Great location, lots accessible by foot or a quick drive.

Simple and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Affordable. Clean. Simple. I would rent this condo again. It is in a quiet area and the grocery store is only a block away. During May- November there is a free trolley that goes through town and there is a stop right in front of the complex. Couple things I would note for future renters: the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the second floor, just in case anyone in your party has an issue with stairs, it may be a problem... that and lugging up food and the ice chest is not very fun. The other thing I would note is that if you have babies/toddlers or young children, its not child proof at all. Please make sure you bring any safety items you may need. They did have a baby gate but it was broken. Thankfully we brought baby gates and moved things around so that it was safe. The balcony railing over the staircase has a gap that isnt safe for young kids, so we had to block it off. I know its not realistic to expect all the cabinets to have a child latch, but at minimum I would recommend that the cabinet under the kitchen sink should have safety latch since it has some cleaning supplies under it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Spring Ski Trip

Great location and large unit, although there is a bit too much furniture in some of the rooms (upstairs bedroom has 2 coffee tables taking up space). Overall clean but the heaters need a deep cleaning because they smelled like dust when we tried to use them.

The condo is conveniently located close to the supermarket, shops, and restaurants, and in the area you have beautiful hiking trails, lakes, spectacular scenery, and Yosemite Nat'l Park only 20 minutes away! The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with large showers. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living area, and a spacious deck overlooking the tennis court and common area. I appreciate that it is a pet friendly unit, and is an easy area to take them on walks. The area is quiet, with plenty of parking close to the unit. The kitchen was well stocked, and the decor is warm and inviting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful condo, offering all of the amenities you desire. It is comfortable and cozy, close to shopping and the theater, many trail heads and only 10 minutes from the lakes. I bring my two yorkies each year (late summer) and they love it. The condo association boasts a beautiful inner court area with paved paths for walking your dogs, a tennis court, pool and spa. This is a favorite place to stay because it feels like home away from home.

Everything was clean. We cooked here and the full kitchen provided so much. Walking distance to Vons/restaurants (I recommend Mammoth Brasserie - great food). Shuttle was right outside and convenient to the lifts. We couldn't have picked a better rental!

what an awesome trip

There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to hang out and everyone had a bed to sleep in. It had a warm cozy cabin feel with all the room we needed. The bus pick up to the slopes was right across the street.
