Bahia Vista 8-210 is a modern, spacious, and vibrant 2nd-floor condo located on the bay waters at Isla Del Sol. The unit features a brand new sleeper sofa, updated kitchen, and baths! A spectacular kitchen. Bahia Vista 8-210 has free Hi-Speed WIFI and 3 flat-screen TVs. This unit can accommodate different family sizes and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a completely renovated bathroom. The master bedroom has a brand new Tempur-Pedic king-size bed. The guest bedroom has an updated bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Unit 210 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address and email address for the application.
Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink, or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known for seeing dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters, as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. Be sure to take time to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season.
Bay Front - Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopperâs Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.

âą Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
âą Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
âą Do not feed seagulls from the property.
âą Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
âą Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
âą All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
âą Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.
